Chapter 6345: Seize
The amount of spirit energy and dao power erupting from Centurial Peak far outmatched other dao systems and lineages.
Although members of Desolate Frontier knew they were fortunate to be somewhere prepared by Desolate Ancestor, they didn’t have a general idea of the foundation’s vastness.
Those on Crimson Virtue’s level only had a vague idea, hence their shock to see the total eruption. This was only one-third of Desolate Frontier’s reserve. The whole thing could be enough for all Old World’s inhabitants.
Some felt they had wasted this potential, unable to reach a higher realm despite having plentiful resources. The progenitor left behind something incredible yet they were useless, unable to take advantage of it.
The so-called geniuses, invincible emperors, and desolate gods felt like trash at this moment.
“Rumble!” The various energies soared toward Silence Peak like a tsunami.
“Noo!” The ancient voice bellowed.
Dao laws surged from Centurial Peak - old and ordinary with a stench of blood. It looked entirely different from the majestic momentum of Desolate Frontier.
They pierced through space and trapped everything, initiating a separate momentum of the Chen. It encompassed countless existences shouting - all descendants from the Chen. Their wills and wishes combined into this momentum.
It also included their flesh, blood, dao, and merit laws. The momentum attempted to stop the tsunami of energies from flowing away. The Chen required these resources to continue or it would be rather grim. Unfortunately, this momentum still couldn’t stop the tsunami, being pushed through in the blink of an eye like a useless dam.
“Rumble!” Spectators watched the tsunami in awe, finally realizing the true might of Desolate Frontier.
Li Qiye raised his hand and turned the silence power into a maelstrom, receiving the influx of energy like a whale. They then moved into the earth vein below.
Due to the silence separation, others couldn’t feel Silence Peak's dao power and worldly energy. Now with Li Qiye in charge, he removed the separation and everyone sensed its earth vein receiving so much energy.
There seemed to be a raging ocean underneath. After a while, it finally took in one-third of Desolate Frontier’s reserve.
Immortal energies oozed from Silence Peak, not to mention the life force from the numerous precious plants. On the other hand, the peaks without the reserve looked entirely different.
Declination and withering were inevitable for the territories of the Chen. The land became barren without worldly energy, not in the sense of farming but rather, cultivation.
It could still have verdant mountains and rivers but nothing valuable could grow out of them - no precious ores and plants, let alone anything divine and godly. Only normal resources found in the mortal world could be found.
It became unsuitable for cultivation despite still being around in Desolate Frontier with numerous members.
The remaining precious plants and ores started withering, no longer having the required resources to nourish them. Moreover, they couldn’t escape this land like those in the first exodus.
