As I slowly opened my eyes I put my hand over my head as I felt a headache and as I stared at Naotsugu who was woken up by a kick to the face as he was stuck in a wall, I couldn't help but laugh out loud before I groaned in pain.

Yggdrassil: "Hahaha! Ack my head…"

I clutched my head in pain as I remembered what happened last night making me both regret and love the fact that I drank alcohol.

Henrietta: "Sigh, how do you feel Yggdrassil?"

Yggdrassil: "Fine, and thank you all for helping me find myself last night"

Henrietta: "No problem, you will always be welcomed here but to think you drank so much"

Yggdrassil: "Well I guess I had it in me"

As we were talking I got off the ground still holding my head as I looked at Henrietta with a smile surprising her.

Henrietta: "W-what is it?"

Yggdrassils: "You look beautiful, but because of last night I have a promise to fullfill at the moment"

Henrietta: "B-Beutiful!? A promise to fullfill?"

Yggdrassil: "Indeed, so I will probably be busy for the next couple of days"

Henrietta: "So you aren't staying..?"

Yggdrassil: "I promise to come back as fast as possible, but depending on the preparations 6 days"

Henrietta: "Wait, what would you be doing that takes so long..?"

I looked at Henrietta and thought deeply if I should tell her before I nodded to myself and decided to tell her.

Yggdrassil: "I will be sieging a castle who's lord has grafted many of my subordinates friends and fellow brethren for power"

Henrietta: "By grafting…you don't mean "that" do you…?"

I simply nodded and she sat down on the floor sighing before patting her legs.

Henrietta: "Come here…"

Yggdrassil: "What?"

Although confused I was about to get up before she pulled my hand and dragged me down as the back of my head hit her purple skirt.

Henrietta: "Tell me, do you need help in beating up the Lord you speak about?"

Yggdrassil: "No, I will be personally fighting the Lord as the rest of my men either fight off their other soldiers or reason to rebel against their lord"

Henrietta: "Then do you have everything prepared? Logistic supplies? Supply Routes? Siege equipment"

Yggdrassil: "I-sigh not really, but there being another large Castle whom I know will rebel and aid us in our cause. Theres a Fort that is able to act as a base of operations"

Henrietta: "Hmm, then tell me, do you need our help?"

Yggdrassil: "I can handle anything else, but I do need someone to take care of the logistical aspects of my war front"

As I stared at Henrietta from below she hummed chuckling.

Henrietta: "Then you wouldn't mind taking me along as your Logistic supply expert right?"

Yggdrassil: "Ha…you're not joking are you…?"

Henrietta: "No my dear~, plus I want to see new places that don't exist in Elder Tale"

I chuckled before deeply thinking and smiled as I nodded and told her to get ready to leave with me.

Henrietta: "Then don't mind me taking a bit to get some of my gear"

I nodded and got off her lap before I fully stood up and looked at the purple haired girl who was looking at me nonchalantly.

Yggdrassil: "Are you able to call Shiroe and tell him if he can join me in my Campaign?"

Akatsuki: "Hmm, I will tell my Lord"

I stretched my body as Akatsuki, A ninja I had learned from earlier, was talking with her Lord and not a minute later she replied.

Akatsuki: "My Lord is rushing over right now and only has question in mind"

Yggdrassil: "Yeah?"

Akatsuki: "He asks if Log Horizon can join you in your quest?"

I thought about it, and honestly I really wouldn't mind because the only one I wished to fight man to man with is General Radahn as my battlelust makes me want to fight him.

One side of me wishes to put him to rest, and the other part is wanting me to fight him in his prime.

Yggdrassil: "Tell him I accept and to get everyone prepared. I need to start making preperations myself"

I asked the system to use 10x Summoning Gatcha Ticket, and to use 6x Universal Gatcha Tickets on the Fortification Wheel.

I pulled out one of the flame spitters and grinned before I decided to test out my theory and just the fact that I could work with this.

I bought 3 Somber Smithing Stones 1-3 and placed the flamespitter in as a weapon and the three Somber stones as materials.

As I waited for the weapon to upgrade I took alook around seeing many of the older members lying on the ground or tables snoring.

I saw Red Wolf laying down with the rest of the children keeping close to his fur and since I didn't want to wake up the kids I walked over to the Red Wolf before I whispered to him.

Yggdrassil: "Hey buddy, I will be leaving for the next few days so take care of yourself and protect these kids"

Groan!

I chuckled and petted his head before I left and heard the entrance door open and saw Shiroe walk inside breathing heavy.

Shiroe: "Tell me is it-"

Yggdrassil: "Not to loud, the younger kids are sleeping at the moment"

Shiroe: "Ah! Sorry about that, but how long do you think it will take us before we come back here?"

Yggdrassil: "It should only be for 3-5 days maximum"

Shiroe: "I see, and where is this place located? Never heard of it within Elder Tale"

Yggdrassil: "Its a new world entirely full of demi-gods who rule the land"

Shiroe: "Oh Demi-gods, that shouldn't be a problem at all…"

As Shiroe spoke I slowly saw his eyes bulge out in shock at what I said as he passed out for a brief second before popping back in.

Shiroe: "By demi-gods…, you mean beings who have divinity?"

Yggdrassil: "Yes, both their flesh and blood have been strengthened by their divinity to insane lenghts never seen before"

Shiroe: "And do you have weapons that are able to take them down?"

Yggdrassil: "Haha, any weapon you have is capable of hurtings demi-gods and even the gods themselves!"

Shiroe: "And you have…fought them before?"

Yggdrassil: "Somewhat, but they all have been weakened due to in-fighting to gain their runes that prove thwir worth as the Elden Lord"

Shiroe: "I see, and you want us to help you with dealing with them?"

Yggdrassil: "I wish to fight a select few of them by myself due to promises I have made with friends and subordinates"

Shiroe looked at me seriously as Nyanta appeared behind Shiroe and Naotsugu showed up with his shield and weapon prepared.

Shiroe raised his hand and offered me something that was both surprising to me and surprising to his members.

Shiroe: "Log Horizon agrees to the quest given by fellow player Yggdrassil on one condition"

Yggdrassil: "What would that be?"

Shiroe: "The Round Table Council would like to become allies with your group and to have a non-aggression treaty with Akihabara"

Hearing his words I couldn't help a smirk rise on my face as I thought what to name my faction before something came to mind.

Yggdrassil: "Right, The Yggdrassil Faction agrees to the non-agression treaty with Akihabara"

I shook my hand with Shiroe who smiled before coughing as the others looked at him in surprise.

Nyanta: "How quick Shiroe nya~"

Yggdrassil: "Well, going to somewhere unknown and hearing were about to siege grants such action"

Shiroe: "Thank you Yggdrassil"

Naotsugu: "We're all set to go then?"

Yggdrassil: "We're waiting on Henrietta"

Nyanta: "So Lady Henrietta is coming along with us too nya~"

Henrietta: "Indeed I am, I will be overlooking supply lines and ensure he doesn't get in too much trouble"

I nodded and told them it would take awhile before we got to the castle but everyone chuckled confusing me until Henrietta told me.

Henrietta: "Shiroe, Nyanta, and Naotsugu were part of the debauchary tea party who completed an impossible raid and gained grand rewards"

Naotsugu: "Yep! We gained griffins that are able to fly through the sky and make trips that last weeks turn into days!"

Yggdrassil: "Thats amazing, but if everyone is prepared we should head out"

Everyone nodded and left the Crescent Moon Alliance Guild Hall as they walked outside and we began walking to the outskirts of Akihabara's walls.

Shiroe: "This should be far enough"

Shiroe, Nyanta, and Naotsugu took out whistles before they blew them and I saw large griffons descend from the sky.

Yggdrassil: "They look amazing! Sigh, if only Red Wolf would have joined us…"

I sighed and as almost everyone had gotten up on a griffin they turned to look at me in confusion as I didn't get on any of the griffins. The only one left to get on another griffin was Henrietta and so I decided quickly to buy a mount.

System, if you can, buy a Night Cavalry Horse as my mount and if it was the same as the regular summons or different.

I nodded and took out Death poker as it lit up in ghostflame and slammed the hook on the ground before repeating the phrase.

Yggdrassil: "Arise steed of the Black Night!"

As I said the phrase, the ground under me burst in purple light before I grabbed onto the rising leash of the Night Cavalry Horse as its turned its body around showing off its huge frame and I sat ontop of it.

Seeing such an Imposing and powerful horse made everyone stare in awe and I lowered my hand towards Henrietta who gladly took my hand and I pulled her up and sat her in front of me.

Henrietta: "Kya! W-warn me next time mister!"

Yggdrassil: "I will, but Shiroe and everyone follow me!"

I looked towards the west and taking both reins I got the Night Cavalry to start sprinting towards Redmane Castle.

1.5 Hours Later

As we neared the Redmane Castle, I saw a multitude of Exiled Soldiers staioned near the bridge and as I stopped I heard Samaels voice shouting my name.

Samael: "LORD YGGDRASSIL!!!"

I waved my arm and got down first before Henrietta slowly jumped off the Night steed and I catched her before gently putting her down.

Henrietta: "Did you really have to get such a huge horse!"

Yggdrassil: "Well, they kinda are rare and are great for warfare"

Henrietta: "Still, how did you manage to get this castle built within a lake?"

As the other started descending from the sky via their griffins I looked at her and smiled.

Yggdrassil: "One doesn't reveal all his secrets miss Henrietta~"

Nyanta: "That much is true, but that wouldn't be the Knight we saw in Akihabara is it?"

Yggdrassil: "Well, meet the Banished Knight Commander Samael, Son of the Wing of the Storm, Engvall"

Samael walked forwards as he bowed at everyone and looked at me wondering what we would be doing.

Yggdrassil: "We will be sieging Stormveil in the following days, all five of them will be helping me with logistic supplies"

Samael: "Understood, shall I gather the rest of the soldiers and Knights?"

Yggdrassil: "No, the Redmane Knights will stay here and protect the Castle while all of the Exiled Soldiers and Banished Knights will form up as an Army"

Samael: "Then what will we be calling ourselves from now on Lord?"

Samael stopped to look at me before nodding as he thought deeply and asked me the name of the Army.

Yggdrassil: "The Yggdrassil Army, using the crucible as the basics, we won't stop no one from joining or force them to believe in a religion"

Yggdrassil: "Unlike the previous Crucible, we will be fighting endlessly against our enemy so that we can lrotect our loved ones we cherish"

Samael: "Then I will gladly accept the position as Banished Knight Commander and lead the Army at your order"

Yggdrassil: "Very well, I need you to help me convince the rest of the Banished Knights and Exiled Soldiers I will be summoning"

Samael nodded and I swiftly started summoning the 25x Exiled Soldiers, Banished Knight Oleg, and 3x Banished Knights and told the system to take them to a seperate dimension to not damage the inside of Redmane Castle and bring them out once Samael is finished.

I saw Samael dissapear and I nodded before I summoned the 5x Redmane Knights, and 10x Redmane Soldiers as they had appeared before me.

Many looked around with the Knights staring at the Redmane Knights who were staioned on the outside of the castle with the trebuchets.

Some of the Redmane Soldiers looked at me in confusion before Zeldroth walked down and met up with the 5x Redmane Knights and Redmane Soldiers introducing himself.

Zeldroth: "Welcome all, I am the Commander of Redmane Castle and have taken command under the orders of my new Lord"

Zeldroth: "If you remember, our lord has promised to give General Radahn a warriors proper rest"

Some of the knights were surprised before they knelt down on one knee with the other Redmane Soldiers doing the same.

Yggdrassil: "I also bring good news, I will be sieging Stormveil with the Banished Knight Army and will take Godrick the Grafteds Rune"

Zeldroth: "My Lord, will you be leading an Army of the Redmanes to fight General Radahn!"

Yggdrassil: "No, I will be leading the Redmanes to clean Caelid in its entirety and make Caelid look like it's former self before the War"

Hearing my words it seemed to stop everyone near me even Shiroe and the others who although confused knew that it was important for these red and blue knights.

Zeldroth: "I see…but how can we rid Caelid of its entirety when the Goddess of Rot has bloomed and poisoned our entire home…"

Yggdrassil: "I will find a way to return your home back to its former self thats a promise I will make once I have the strenght to do it"

Zeldroth: "Then everyone from Caelid will wait until you can fullfill that promise Lord"

Yggdrassil: "I promise, for the Age of Prosperity will arrive and will vanquish despair"

Zeldroth: "Haha! Very well then, we shall stay here and be the tall bulwarks defending your castle Lord"

Yggdrassil: "Thanks for putting your trust in me, I have a Lord to vanquish"

It wouldn't be long for Samael to appear back alongside the other Banished Knights, Exile Soldiers, and Oleg.

Yggdrassil: "Hah, guessing by the lightning on your armor it was a fun battle?"

Samael: "Indeed, Sir Oleg deserves his title as one of the Wings of the Storm! He cut off my bloody arm off hahaha!"

Henrietta: "W-what did he say…?"

Yggdrassil: "Ah, I forgot to say that most of the Knights here have their own trials that let them test each others strength"

Naotsugu: "Then I guess that means that happened to you too?"

Yggdrassil: "Eh…"

Zeldroth: "I can attest to our Lords strength, even limbless, bloodied,and tired his Indomitable Spirit is commendable!"

Henrietta turned to look at me with horror on her face before she started looking around my body.

Yggdrassil: "I'm fine Henrietta, it was stimulated combat"

Henrietta looked at me before she grabbed my face with both hands as she pulled me down to look at her.

Henrietta: "Listen to me, I want you to swear to me not to act stupid!"

Yggdrassil: "I half promise, I can only fully promise you once I have gained enough power…"

Henrietta: "Fine, Shiroe! You better make sure this knucklehead doesn't come back limbless!"

Shiroe: "Y-yes ma'am!"

I chuckled before seeing everyone was ready and so I told the system to transport us near Forth Haight.

The entire sky and Redmane Castle shattered into pieces of glass as it changed to the bottom of Fort Haight.

I nodded to myself and told Shiroe we would swiftly reclaim Fort Haight.

Shiroe: "Ah, this place looks…"

Nyanta: "Amazing nya~"

Naotsugu: "Wait is that the waves I'm hearing!"

I nodded and looked at the anished Knights who waited for my orders. I told Oleg to take 3 Exiled Soldiers and take ovwr the forth.

Oleg: "As you command my liege, three of you follow me"

Yggdrassil: "Shiroe, after we take over the Fort, can you command Alatsuki to search for a man ontop of a stone monument shouting for help"

Shiroe: "Sure thing but why that man specifically?"

Yggdrassil: "He is the Lord of the taken over Fort, and if we wish to operate from this place we need his permission"

Shiroe: "I see, but doesn't he follow that Ruler you talked about?"

Yggdrassil: "Quite the opposite actually, and I don't want to make the Stronger forces within The Lands Between come and finnish us off"

Shiroe: "Hmm? What type of forces?"

Shiroe: "Hmm, then I shall sent Akatsuki over now"

Oleg: "Lord, I brought you his bloody sword that has The Lord of Bloods oath into it"

Yggdrassil: "Thank you, bring this weapon to the man and escort him to this place through the forest"

Shiroe: "Be careful Akatsuki"

Akatsuki: "As you command my Lord!"

She swiftly left not leaving a trace amazing me incredibly at how high her dexterity must be.

Once she left, I bought an storage crate from the shop and the map of Limgrave. I put it ontop of the crate as everyone looked at me and the size of Limgrave in surprise.

Yggdrassil: "While it might not look massive, it's inhabitants make it seem full and they all tell a story"

Shiroe: "Then this place should be Fort Haight? What about this place all the way down here?"

Yggdrassil: "That is where the castellan, a Banished Knight, resides and we will recruit and save his Castle from the Misbegotten"

Hearing my words, most of the Banished Knights prepared their weapons ready to go out and help their fellow kin.

Yggdrassil: "I will be taking Oleg, 3x Banished Knights, and 5x Exiled Soldiers with me to Castle Morne"

Yggdrassil: "The rest stay here and protect the Fort, Shiroe if you can start planning ways to siege Stormveil castle"

Shiroe: "I will, take care of yourself out there"

I nodded and left with my small retinue of soldiers towards Castle Morne which I knew would take awhile due to only me having a horse.

6 Hours Later

Once we reached the other side of the Bridge of Sacrifice, we walked past dead godrick soldiers and killed saw Irina, daughter of the Castellan Edgar.

I walked over towards her and heard her speak outloud with no fear on hwr voice.

Irina: "Hello? Is anyone out there?"

Yggdrassil: "I'm here my lady alongside my retinue of men who have come to assist Castellan Edgar"

Irina: "Ah, how wonderful! My name is Irina, daughter of castellan Edgar, I had escaped Castle Morne to the south with my fathers guards"

Irina: "The servants there rebelled… leaving my father and his men to fight back and quell the rebellion"

Irina: "He said he had to stay for it was his duty, as commander"

Irina: "The servants are full of wrath, chased the guards and luckily due to them they killed off the misbegotten"

Irina: "Please, I implore you, can you bring this letter to my dear father?"

Yggdrassil: "Understood my fair Lady, but I believe I can leave a Banished Knight and Exiled Soldiers to protect you"

Irina: "Ah, thank you kind sir"

Yggdrassil: "The rest of you will follow me"

The Exiled soldiers stayed back and a Banished knight stayed back and we proceeded forward once I took Irina's letter.

As we walked through the valley I looked at the broken carriage, godrick soldiers, rabid dogs, and a Troll that was resting.

I rushed forward and told the others to attack the trolls and rabid dogs. Once I neared them I slashed at the first two rabid dogs who swiftly died to the trail of ghostflame.

I jumped back as one of the other dogs lunged at me trying to bite but I slammed Death Poker on its skull killing it in one blow.

As I stared at the giant troll that started to stand tall I was about to order the Banished Knights to attack it but It had lowered its giant sword.

Yggdrassil: "Huh, then join me and follow me to Castle Morne"

It raised its head before it roared and followed me with our group. As we moved forward I spotted the misbegotten chopping its weapon onto a godrick soldiers corpse.

Yggdrassil: "Since you all are grouped together, I need to test something out"

I raised my Death Poker and focusing on the grouped up misbegotten I started charging up ghostflame on my weapon before plunging it down as a pool of ghostflame started to rise slowly underneath them.

Whoosh

BOOOOOOMMM!!!

A massive skeletal hand rose up from the ground sending most of the misbegotten flying before the massive skeletal arm clenched its fingers into a a ghostflame burning fist as it brought its fist down as the misbegotten got burned into atoms by a massive explosion of ghostflame.

The massive explosion left residual flames that covered the entire field and swiftly as they appeared they left.

Yggdrassil: "So it does work…then thats means im no longer limited to the games designs…haha..hahaha!"

Oleg: "Lord, are you alright? Is the death rite birds power maddening you?"

Yggdrassil: "No, but I have been challenged by their Lord so theres that. But I will enjoy fighting them and gain their strength"

Oleg: "Understood, if you desire our help we shall fight till death"

Yggdrassil: "Thanks for the support but I challenge them in a duel with all our might"

We passed the valley of rock and saw a massive crack open in the high walls of Castle Morne's Rampart.

As we neared I saw a dark figure clad in night riding a steed as black as the night and I sighed before thinking deeply as a smile formed on my face.

Yggdrassil: "Yep, try to test how charismatic I truly am!"

I slammed Death Poker down and said, "Arise steed of the Black Night," and in a burst of purple light the same steed as the Night Cavalry, rose up from the ground and I got on its back and grabbed its reigns with my left hand.

I took a deep breath as I directed the Night horse to charge and seeing us charge the Night Cavalry did the same with its flail swinging already.

BAM!

As the Night Cavalry jumped high it slammed down its flail and I closed in before I lit up Death Poker in ghostflame and charged it up.

Yggdrassil: "Hell hath no fury!"

Once I had charged it fully, I jumped off my mount and grabbing Death Poker in both Hands and slammed it onto the charging Nigh Cavalry Rider.

BOOOOOOMMM!!!!

With a massive explosion of ghostflame that engulfed everything that was 5 meters around us.

The Night Cavalry Rider had fallen off his horse as he screamed in agony at the pain he felt deep within his Soul.

Aaarghh!!!

I controlled the ghostflame to dissipate from the Night Riders body as he stared at me before he got up on one knee.

As I watched him get up I took a deep breath as the Night Rider gripped his Nightrider Flail and charged at me as if the explosion had no impact.

Yggdrassil: "Very well then"

I rolled forwards through its first swing as I countered with a slash full of ghostflame that clung to his body and was aflicted with frostbite.

As he fell to his knee once more, I walked towards him and as he stared at me I extended my hand towards the Night Rider as he stared at my face.

???: "Thou….are giving me…mercy…?"

Yggdrassil: "Mercy because I want you to join me in my journey as one of my Knights"

???: "Why would I….serve another…. Lord"

Yggdrassil: "The Fell Omen that once led you all before he threw you all to the side like you weren't there"

???: "Then how would thou… make us join you…"

Yggdrassil: "Beating you all, and making you all be renowned for your skill"

???: "Hmm… the Night Cavalry will follow thee only if you let them hunt down warriors, knights, and Champions"

Yggdrassil: "Is that so, then I would gladly accept you all into my servive with one condition"

???: "What is thee's condition?"

Yggdrassil: "Follow my orders and I shall grant you all your wish"

???: "Very well, If thou is to hunt our previous Lord… you are a contender for the Elden Ring?"

Yggdrassil: "Indeed, I have come to gain both feudal Lords of Limgrave support, to siege Stormveil and gain its lords Great Rune"

???: "I see… then I shall become one of thee's followers, my name is Renaude…"

I nodded and he summoned his funeral steed and I whistled for my own funeral steed as we walked towards the open hole in the castle morne wall.

As we barely approached the hole in the wall

I saw a large object heading our way and I told the others to take cover immediately.

Yggdrassil: "Oleg, I will take my War mount and kill of the golem!"

Oleg: "Lord you won't have any guards!"

Yggdrassil: "I can handle myself, I can't let you all die a meaningless death"

I summoned the Night Cavalry steed as I slammed my weapon on the ground and waiting for the arrow to hit the fortified walls we were at, I got the horse sprinting across the open field.

I pulled the reigns of the horse right as we dodged a large stone arrow hitting us and seeing a clumb of stone I ran over to hide from the golems onslaught of bows.

Once the arrow hit the stone hill I pulled on the reigns rushing the horse forwards and as we neared the Golem I pulled the reigns and once we went through its open legs I jumped from the horse.

I took out Death poker and slammed it onto the golems fire lit legs and rolled to the right as it raised its right leg but that didn't stop me from swinging.

I raised death poker and slammed it onto its leg before jumping back as it raised its left leg and slammed it down.

Thud!

I rolled back as it started slamming both of its feet down and I raised my weapon before diagonally slashing as a trail of ghostflame engulfed the Golems leg and frostbite was inflicted.

The golems legs stopped litting up in fire and slowly it fell down and I rushed to the front of the golem.

I plunged my death poker within the golems body before I pulled it out as it raised its hand to the sky before it fell.

I motioned over for the Banished Knights, Oleg, Troll, Night Cavalry and Exiled Soldiers who ran towards me as they saw Castle Morne in the distance.

Yggdrassil: "We will be saving Castellan Edgar and gaining his permission and word to overthrow Godrick"

Everyone nodded and I looked at the Golem thinking about flames but when Oleg and others saw me looking at the golem they had a premonition.

Oleg: "Hey, you don't think he can do it again right?"

???: "I don't know, our lord likes to do the impossible"

I lit up Death Poker in ghostflame and thrust it within the golem and as ghostflame started to spread around I kept charging ghostflame until I heard the Golem creaking.

Whoosh

Creak!

I kept charging the ghostflame until I felt it was enough and I slowly pulled back Death Poker and the Ghostflame didn't dissipate.

Whoosh!

Creak!

Rumble!

Creak!

Whoosh!

The golem slowly started to get up with ghostflame shimmering in its arms, legs, chest and head.

As it slowly got up fully with its greatbow ready, I told it to stay here with the Troll until we get back with Castellan Edgar in tow.

Seeing the Troll nodd before it rested down and we walked into the Castle gates that are opened with godrick soldiers bodies strewn everywhere.

We moved forwards and got onto the elevator with Oleg, Renaude, and the Banished Knights and I stepped onto a wooden plate and was lifted up.

Whoosh

Once we arrived ontop, I walked up the stairs and as I stared at the dead bodies of peasants, fires, misbegotten, and hanged people I felt something within me rumble.

Yggdrassil: "Eliminate all the misbegotten and help the Godrick Soldiers fighting"

Oleg: "As you command my Lord"

???: "We shall see to it my Lord!"

Renaude: "As thou command Lord…"

It wasn't long before I saw them fight against the misbegotten, it was a one sided slaughter with Oleg charging straight in and Renaude cleaving through the rabid dogs and misbeggoten into two.

Once they had finished fightning we continued to the open archway where a mad pumpkin head lay sitting down.

Whoosh

BAM!

We avoided the mad pumpkin head as we went past him to the right and I walked forwards before smashing down Death Poker onto the misbegottens head as it died.

Walking forwards I saw a ladder and climbed up and as soon as I arrived on top of the wall a misbegotten rushed at me with its cleaver raised.

Swoosh

BAM!

I stepped back as it jumped with its cleaver raised high and hit my previous position before I swung diagonally fown left and it burned with ghostflame as its life ended.

Whoosh

I pointed forwards and once the other knights came up the ladder they rushed following their Lords order.

Renaude had rushed forward and with his long nightrider glaive had cut the two flying misbegotten into halves with each heavy swing of his.

Oleg had charged in and stabbed both his swords into the misbegotten before he was thrown off the wall bridge.

We pressed forwards and as I heard clashing going on I had rolled forwards past the ladder and landed on my feet as the others did the the same.

Once we came down I charged forwards and with a heavy swing attacked the flying misbegotten with wailing vengeful spirit hitting the misbegotten down from the sky

I smacked the misbegotten onto the floor and Renaude raised his nightrider glaive cutting down the other flying misbegotten.

The knights helped the godrick soldiers, whom were fighting the misbegotten, swiftly killing off the misbegotten and I moved forwards going up the wooden steps until I reached the top and saw Castellan Edgar sitting down.

Yggdrassil: "Castellan Edgar! We have arrived as reinforcements!"

Narrator POV

Castellan Edgar had looked to see if his soldiers had come back to tell him of the current situation but instead got surprised seeing other Banished Knights like himself.

But more importantly, the infamous Night Cavalry was with them and from the looks of it their leader was the man who had shouted.

Edgar: "Ah, thats a face I haven't seen around here"

Edgar: "Did Lord Godrick sent you?"

Yggdrassil: "No, your daughter Irina sent us to deliver you a message and as we were going to the same place I made sure to accept her letter"

Edgar: "Irina…? How is my daughter"

Yggdrassil: "Your daughter is alright, with a Banished Knight and Exile Soldiers nearby to protect her from danger"

Edgar: "Thank you very much kind sir, but I believe it wasn't just helping her that was your intention"

Yggdrassil: "It was my intention, especially to bring back her stubborn old father from a castle that appears to be overrun"

Edgar: "What? Well you can see how that turned out"

Yggdrassil: "Indeed"

Edgar: "But whatever you've come here to do, I'm afraid Castle Morne won't hold out much longer.. even with your reinforcements"

Edgar: "Well then, I believe this letter shall be given to you"

Yggdrassil delivered Irina's letter and waited as Edgar slowly started reading through the letter as he sighed in sadness.

Edgar: "Thank you, I'm in your debt. But I can't leave yet"

Edgar: "Even if the castle should fall, as commander, I must remain"

Edgar: "To ensure the treasured sword of Morne, does not fall into the wrong hands"

Edgar: "If you see Irina, do tell her, her father will come for her once he's fullfilled his duty"

Yggdrassil: "I will, but I shall leave my companions here to help assist the attacks from the misbegotten"

Edgar: "Thank you very much stranger"

Yggdrassil had nodded and told the rest to defend the place until he came back and they all agreed not questioning their lords actions.

Yggdrassil POV

Whoosh!

I went back down and walked below the wooden archway between the towers and looked at the broken halfwall before jumping over it.

I looked at the distant island with a large tombstone and I saw the Leonine Misbegotten roaring.

I jumped down to an edge of rock and jumped down to another one and then jumped to the castle floor below.

I walked over to the edge of the stone tower and looked down to see wooden floors and swiftly I jumped down and rolled again before I landed.

Whoosh

BAM!

I looked around and saw three misbegotten resting and I rushed forwards slamming my burning Death Poker onto its head and swung horizontally at the other misbegotten who died with its body burning, the other misbegotten in the bridge heard the noise and ran at me.

Whoosh

Clang!

I dodged as it slammed down its cleaver and with an overhead swing brought down Death Pokers hook into its head becoming gruesome with brain matter splattering on my armor.

Whoosh

Thud!

I walked through the middle of the bridge before dropping onto the blue roof of the tower and rolled to the ground below.

Yggdrassil: "Man does this take a while to get down…sigh…"

I ran towards the next rocky edge and jumped as I rolled and then jumped to the next edge and stared at the open sea in surprise before remembering The Land of Reeds.

Yggdrassil: "I wonder…"

I walked towards the wooden platform where there was an open hole and stared at the wooden beams before I dropped down to the first one, then positioned myself to the second wooden beam and landed safely.

Whoosh!

Whirl!

Shrieek!

Wailing!

Shrieek!

I raised Death Poker and charged up deathflame and targeted one of the grouped up rats and a pool of ghostflame arose as it started staggering the rats before they were killed by frostbite.

Whoosh

Wailing!

Their corpses were dragged within the pool of ghostflame by hooks as the wailing of vengeful spirits could be heard.

I dropped down and walked outside before looking at the tower that held the twinblade talisman and decided to get it.

I crossed the bridge and I charged up ghostflame before I swung twice at the misbegotten brute that had roared and raised its halbeard but with the two swings it fell.

I got hit by an arrow and stared at the flying misbegotten before I ran towards it and jumped with my weapon smacking the misbegotten down.

I smacked the misbegotten one more time before it perished in a burst of ghostflames. I climbed up the ladder and once up went to the right before I opened the chest and grabbed the talisman before coming back down.

Once down I jumped off the wooden bridge and landed on the beach's sand and headed towards where the Lionine misbegotten was located.

Seeing the yellow fogwall I prepared myself by taking a deep breath and Death Poker lit up in concentrated ghostflame.

Whoosh

Tear!

I walked through the fogwall and saw the Leonine misbegotten charging at me. I charged forth and swung Death Poker in a full circle,staggering the red maned beast.

ROOOARR!!!

As I hit it for the second time I rolled back as it used its sharp claws twice to hit me but I countered with a jump swing on its head.

BAM!

Whoosh

Clang!

At the same time it had slammed its longsword into my ribs and sent me flying into a nearby gravestone.

Yggdrassil: "Ack!"

ROOAR!!!

BAM!

I recovered quickly as I saw it go on all fours before lunging at me with its greatsword swinging at my head but I rolled to the left.

I charged up Ghostflame and slammed it down as the Leonine misbegotten lunged at me.

Whoosh

BOOOOM!!!

Due to the greatswords long reach, I was stabbed through my armor and the misbegotten got launched into the massive tombstone.

I slowly got up before I drank a flask of crimson tears and swiftly a flask of cerulean tears.

As the Leonine misbegotten slowly got up, I charged up ghostflame and slammed down Death Poker as a pool of ghostflame appeared below.

Whoosh

Clang!

Numerous ghostflame hooks sprang up from the ghostflame pool and chased down the Leonine misbegotten as it jumped out of the way.

Whoosh

Tear!

ROOAAAR!!!

I ran forwards summoning my Uchigata before I jumped onto its back stabbing the Uchigatana into its flesh as it roared out in pain.

I used the hook on Death Poker to stab into the red maned misbegotten's neck as it roared and try as it might, It could not shake me off.

Numerous hooks stabbed into its flesh and I started to channel ghostflame through its body as its body got colder than before.

ROOOAARR!!!

It wasn't long before it fell on its knees but I took the time as I roared and slolwy forcefully cut off the Leonine Misbegotten head off and I jumped off the beasts falling body.

I held my ribs and took cautious breaths as the flask of crimson tears slolwy repaired my broken ribs.

As the hooks pulled down his body, a colossal weapon appeared from his corpse as the chains wrapped around it and brought them to me.

Yggdrassil: "Well would you look at that"

I grabbed the colossal sword as I felt its heavy weight and I immediately put it in my inventory.

Yggdrassil: "Can you teleport me near Edgar System?"

I felt my vision darken before I heard a surprised voice speak and I opened my eyes to look at Edgar.

I pulled out the Colossal Grafted Blade sword and Edgar looked at me in surprise before he got up slowly.

Edgar: "I'm in your debt friend, thank you for keeping the treasured sword from those fallen creatures"

Yggdrassil: "It is alright friend"

Edgar: "Im no longer bound by duty, once I've rescued Irina, I will spend my remaining days with her"

Yggdrassil: "Well my friend, I believe you can pay your debt now and not worry about it pnce you spend time with your daughter"

Edgar: "Very well then, what is it?"

Yggdrassil: "I wish to gain your approval to our Army's Siege on Stormveil and overthrow the Tyrant known as Godrick the Grafted"

Edgar: "So thats why tou helped us…sigh"

Edgar: "I already said and promised to stay with my daugter once my duty ended"

Edgar: "I give your Army, the approval of Castle Morne's Castellan Edgar to lay siege onto Stormveil and slay our Tyrant ruler"

I nodded and held out my hand to which Castellan Edgar shook hands with me before I lifted him up.

Yggdrassil: "Once we overthrow Godrick the Grafted I will make sure to repair Castle Morne and bring it back to its glory day"

Edgar: "Thank tou, but I believe tou would have to assign a new Castellan as I will be retired by then"

Yggdrassil: "Very well then, guess its time for us to retreat and head to Fort Haight"

Edgar: "Fort Haight? The old Lord Kennet Haight?"

Yggdrassil: "Yes, we have made our base of operations there and are making plans at the moment"

Edgar: "The I will gather the rest of the me and follow you"

I nodded and waited for all the remaining Godrick Soldiers and my knights to come back before we left Castle Morne and met up with the Banished Knight and Exiled Soldiers alongside Irina.

We picked up the Ghostflame Golem and Troll as we continued walking forwards through the valley.

30 minutes later

Edgar: "Irina! I have returned my dear"

Irina: "F-father!"

As I watched them hug tightly with Edgar lifting Irina high and spinning her I chuckled as Irina had started hitting Edgar playfully.

Irina: "Thank you stranger for helping bring my father back to me"

Yggdrassil: "No worry, It's always best when a family reunites with their love ones"

Edgar: "Thank you tarnished"

Yggdrassil: "Once it becomes morning we march back to Fort Haight"

I nodded and as it was still night, I told everyone we would be camping out until morning where we head out to Fort Haight.

Edgar: "Understood"

Oleg: "I will patrol around then my Lord"
