Dragon Ball: Start Joining Chat Group

After arriving in this world, Yoshihiro deliberately orchestrated a chance meeting with Vegeta, Goku, and the others. He often joined them for meals and gatherings, while carefully concealing his true strength. They only knew him as someone slightly adept in martial arts, capable of using ki and the Flight Technique.

Earlier, when Beerus unleashed his destructive energy, Yoshihiro had forcibly deflected it, leaving Goku and Vegeta puzzled. Once Whis took the sleeping Beerus away, Goku and Vegeta, revitalized by senzu beans, approached Yoshihiro to demand an explanation.

Goku's eyes sparkled as he stared at Yoshihiro. Unlike Vegeta, Goku had entered the realm of the gods and better understood the sheer power Beerus wielded. Vegeta, however, underestimated the energy blast. What seemed like an ordinary purple ki ball contained a terrifyingly destructive force—pure destruction.

"Yoshihiro, how did you block that destructive attack? Even as a Super Saiyan God, I wouldn't have been able to counter it so easily," Goku asked, his curiosity evident.

Vegeta's eyes widened in disbelief. He knew the strength of Super Saiyan God Goku from observing the battle and was shocked to hear such high praise for Yoshihiro.

"Kakarot, are you saying even you can't defeat him? Is he also a God of Destruction?" Vegeta asked skeptically.

Yoshihiro hesitated before deciding to reveal part of his power. "No, I'm not a God of Destruction. I'm a Saiyan, but my family left Planet Vegeta long before its destruction, which is why you've never heard of us."

Vegeta scoffed and immediately dismissed the claim. "Impossible. The only Saiyans left are Kakarot and me. The rest were all killed by Frieza."

Yoshihiro calmly replied, "Besides me, I met another Saiyan during my travels between planets. I'm not sure where he is now, but I'm certain he'll come to Earth soon."

The Saiyan Yoshihiro referred to was Broly. According to the timeline, Broly's arrival would likely occur in three to five years.

Goku observed Yoshihiro closely for a few seconds before bursting into hearty laughter. "I don't know why you didn't help us earlier, but I believe in you."

That was Goku's nature. Having spent years interacting with Yoshihiro, he trusted him implicitly, certain there was a good reason for his secrecy.

Vegeta, however, pressed on. "Where is this Saiyan you mentioned?"

Pretending to think, Yoshihiro responded, "I've forgotten the exact location of his planet, but it won't be long before he arrives here. He's the Legendary Super Saiyan, a born combat machine and a very strong opponent."

His tone was serious, emphasizing Broly's formidable nature. Yet Vegeta, as proud as ever, dismissed the warning. He had long surpassed the limits of Super Saiyan.

"You might find him strong, but I've already gone beyond Super Saiyan," Vegeta remarked arrogantly.

Goku, however, was eager. "I'd love to fight him! A Legendary Super Saiyan sounds exciting."

After a brief conversation, Vegeta's gaze fixed sharply on Yoshihiro. "Fight me. I want to see if you're as strong as Kakarot claims."

Without waiting for a response, Vegeta lunged at Yoshihiro, throwing a flurry of punches. Yoshihiro calmly evaded each attack at the last moment, his face wearing a serene smile. Despite using all his strength, Vegeta couldn't land a single hit.

Stunned, Vegeta realized the vast gap between their powers. He had expected Yoshihiro to be strong but not to this degree. Goku, watching from the sidelines, couldn't help but feel an urge to fight Yoshihiro himself. However, he knew the outcome would likely be the same.

"Use your full power, Vegeta!" Yoshihiro taunted confidently, gesturing for Vegeta to give it his all. Only the strong could earn Vegeta's respect, and Yoshihiro knew this.

Vegeta, still frustrated by Kakarot's recent transformation into a Super Saiyan God, now faced an even greater challenge. His aura erupted as he powered up to Super Saiyan 2, his golden energy flaring with blue lightning.

"Transform into a Super Saiyan, or you won't stand a chance!" Vegeta declared, his battle spirit burning brightly.

"I won't transform. Let's fight as we are," Yoshihiro replied calmly. In truth, his base form alone surpassed Super Saiyan Blue at full power. He had yet to face a true challenge to test the extent of his abilities.

Vegeta scoffed. "Don't regret it when you lose!"

Convinced that Yoshihiro's lack of transformation meant he was weaker, Vegeta attacked at blinding speed. However, Yoshihiro countered with a single punch to Vegeta's abdomen, sending him reeling. Vegeta's energy dissipated, and he reverted to his base form, unable to continue the fight.

The sheer precision of Yoshihiro's strength left Vegeta humiliated yet respectful. "I hate to admit it, but I lost," he muttered.

The gap between them was enormous. Even Goku's enthusiasm for fighting waned slightly as he realized the vast difference in power.

"How strong are you?" Goku finally asked, unable to contain his curiosity.

"Just a bit stronger than you," Yoshihiro answered cryptically.

The conversation shifted to lighter topics as they invited Yoshihiro to Bulma's upcoming birthday party. Having avoided it initially due to his knowledge of the timeline, Yoshihiro now agreed, seeing no harm in attending.

That evening, the group enjoyed a hearty meal and lighthearted chatter. Yet, Vegeta remained visibly upset, troubled by how both Goku and Yoshihiro had surpassed him.

Returning to his lodging, Yoshihiro slept soundly. By morning, he was ready to fulfill the chat group's task of inviting new members. He selected Ran Mouri, the "Sleeping Kogoro's Daughter," and Touka Kirishima, the "Rabbit Mask-Loving Coffee Shop Waitress," before heading off to start his day.
