Douluo:Peerless Tang Sect: Douluo of Peaceful Heaven

Chapter 134: Chapter 134 – The Undead Demiplane!

After returning to Shrek Academy, Yan Shaozhe and Cai Mei'er went immediately to report to Mu En. Meanwhile, Zhu Ziyang and Jiang Nannan each returned to their dorms to rest.

Inside the Sea God Pavilion's grand hall...

"…And that's everything, Teacher."

Shaozhe and Mei'er had relayed the entire encounter in vivid detail. Though composed, their eyes still held lingering fear.

"Teacher," Shaozhe asked solemnly, "can you identify who that man was?"

Mu En fell into deep thought. His eyes closed, and his fingers rhythmically tapped the arm of his wooden chair. After a long pause, he finally sighed.

"From your description… A man with seven black and two red rings, a strong and imposing build, a presence that radiates raw domination—it's very likely he's from the Body Sect."

"The Body Sect?!"

Both Shaozhe and Mei'er exclaimed in shock.

"I can't think of any other possibility," Mu En said, opening his eyes. Though dim, his gaze was heavy with gravity.

"The Body Sect has always been shrouded in mystery. They possess secret techniques capable of enhancing soul ring ages. And considering they're the state religion of the Heaven Soul Empire, it wouldn't be strange to find them in Sunset Forest, just outside Tian Dou City.

"In fact… it's not impossible that the Icefire Yin-Yang Well—which once belonged to both Tang Sect and Shrek Academy—is now their sect headquarters."

"If that's really the case, they're being far too overbearing!"

Cai Mei'er said, her expression darkening. "They may have ways to resist the miasma, but what about the innocent civilians in the surrounding towns? They'll all suffer for it!"

Her voice trembled with fury. As a native of the Heaven Soul Empire, her hometown was located near the western edge of Sunset Forest. Seeing it now on the verge of destruction by poison—how could she not be enraged?

"The Body Sect has always been mad," Yan Shaozhe muttered bitterly. "We already knew they were ruthless when they broke into forbidden zones to hunt down hundred-thousand-year soul beasts. They'll stop at nothing. There's no doubt—they're Shrek's enemies."

"Indeed…" Mu En sighed heavily.

"Let's set this matter aside for now. A great era of conflict is approaching, and my days are numbered. Until Ziyang reaches his full strength, we must avoid confrontation with the Body Sect."

"Yes, Teacher."

Both responded respectfully. Mu En had hinted many times at his hopes for Ziyang, and neither Shaozhe nor Mei'er held any resentment. On the contrary, they completely agreed—Zhu Ziyang's talent was indisputably superior to theirs. His future achievements were practically guaranteed to surpass their own.

"Go rest now," Mu En said with a wave.

As they turned to leave, Mu En's gaze grew distant. He whispered:

"The Body Sect… is it really you? Or… is this the work of an entirely new force?"

Elsewhere, back in his private dormitory, Zhu Ziyang had barely shut the door behind him before leaping onto the bed. He was too eager to care about anything else—not even Xingcai's cheerful greeting. He closed his eyes and plunged straight into his spiritual sea.

"Teacher! Tell me already—what's the gift?!"

He was brimming with anticipation.

But there was no reply.

Zhu Ziyang's heart skipped a beat. He looked around his mental domain—and froze.

Electrolux was gone.

The spot where his teacher had always manifested was now empty. Only a faint, gray-white circle of light remained.

"Teacher?!"

Ziyang cried, heart pounding.

"Teacher! Teacher!"

He shouted three times—but received no response.

His heart sank like a stone.

Could his soul have dispersed? Had everything he said on the journey back just been a final comfort—a beautiful lie?

Ziyang's chest tightened. He refused to believe it. He clung to one final thread of hope—his eyes locked on the strange gray-white ring of light.

The circle was about the size of half his body. It hovered in midair, pulsing faintly. In his panic, Ziyang hadn't noticed it before—but now, its oddness struck him.

It glowed softly, rippling with what felt like spatial energy. The inside of the circle was misty and obscured in gray, but if viewed from behind—it became transparent.

Could this be the gift Electrolux mentioned?

His mind raced. He decided to test it.

Focusing, he condensed a spiritual probe in the form of a glowing rod and gently pushed it into the ring.

The result stunned him.

The probe passed through without resistance. Through its senses, Ziyang detected a vast space on the other side.

He retracted the probe, dispelled it, and stared at the portal in deep thought.

Where does it lead? Could Teacher be inside?

Resolving to find out, he separated a sliver of his consciousness and approached the circle.

The moment he drew near, a powerful pull yanked at him. Before he could react, his consciousness was dragged into the ring.

Ziyang's face contorted in shock—but then his eyes widened in wonder.

What he saw was… a world of death.

A lifeless land stretched beneath a black sun, which bathed the sky in a faint purple light. The terrain was barren—rolling hills of black soil. No grass. No trees. No sign of life. Just desolation.

In the far distance, where earth met sky, stood a towering mountain that dwarfed everything around it. At its peak, a lone figure stood, hands behind his back.

His silhouette radiated such solitary majesty that Ziyang's spiritual form trembled.

Below the mountain… creatures knelt in worship. Beings unlike anything Ziyang had ever seen—skeletal dragons, headless horsemen riding demonic steeds, hulking two-headed demons…

Each one radiated the essence of death.

And at the mountain's summit…

Stood Electrolux.

"Hahaha! Ziyang, you've arrived!"

Electrolux smiled and vanished—then instantly reappeared beside him.

"Teacher, what is this place?"

Ziyang asked, stunned beyond words.

"This is your gift!"

Electrolux said proudly, his expression beaming.

"The Undead Demiplane!"

"W-what?!"

Ziyang nearly staggered.

"A demiplane? You're giving me… a world?"

"That's right!"

Electrolux puffed up with pride.

"This is the culmination of my life's work. I created it from the fusion of my Light and Death origins. I nurtured it for years before my fall. Had I lived longer, it might've evolved into a full divine realm!"

Ziyang was speechless with awe.

His teacher had created a world from scratch?! This wasn't just legendary—it was mythical.

"From today on, this demiplane belongs to you," Electrolux declared. "I can no longer sustain it. Whether it becomes a true realm… that's up to you now."

"I swear, Teacher—I'll finish your work," Ziyang said with solemn reverence.

"I believe you will," Electrolux said gently. "Once your body is strong enough to pass through the gateway, it will truly be yours. I estimate that once you reach five rings, your physique will be able to endure the spatial pressure."

Ziyang nodded and glanced at the shimmering portal behind him—the entrance to this realm. Without a powerful body, entering it physically would be suicidal.

"And those creatures…?"

Ziyang pointed to the army below.

"They are my undying legion," Electrolux said, eyes burning with manic brilliance.

"So long as this plane exists, they can never truly die. No matter how they fall, they will always return!"

Ziyang was utterly awestruck.

An infinite undead army?!

"But they're not ordinary undead," Electrolux added with a grin.

"These are Light-attribute undead. That's why I was called the Blasphemer—I defied divine law by fusing Light and Death."

"Only the purest righteous lightning can destroy them. Holy or light-based attacks? Useless."

Ziyang's blood surged with excitement.

Ultimate Light and Ultimate Death combined… This is why I chose him as my master!

"These undead fall into thirteen categories," Electrolux continued. "The strongest five are Tier Nine—Titled Douluo level. They are:

Bone Dragon

Hell Knight

Abomination

Lich King

Skeleton King."

"Come forth!"

At his command, five beings emerged and knelt before him.

Their presence was immense. One—an armored, headless knight wielding a black lance and riding a nightmare beast—had a pressure equal to Yan Shaozhe's.

"From now on," Electrolux declared, "Zhu Ziyang is your new master!"

The five kneeled as one.

"Greetings, Young Master!"

Ziyang's chest swelled.

To be bowed to by five Titled Douluo-level warriors… this was true power.

In that instant, his dominion over the world reached a new height.

His Sovereign's Reign evolved again.
