Blood Eagle nodded and continued, "Some elders in Divine Land disliked how the Heavenly Temple, Martial Arts Department, and War Division were eroded by major families, so they agreed with the gentleman to bring Dragon Hall back, to restrain them."

"With so many powerful members of Dragon Hall returning from overseas and gaining top-level authorization, it also affected certain interests. They started to get frantic, banding together to shake the foundation of Dragon Hall."

"Those who opposed the return of Dragon Hall proposed a condition: Dragon Hall could come back, but the Hall Master must pay for past actions and be imprisoned!"
