Crazy! Are You Really A Beast Tamer?

Chapter 693: Heavenly Shadow Scroll! _2

Qi Yue walked up to Fang Mu and raised her hand to gently pat the head of the little deer Fang Mu had chosen.

"You Tian, you're very fortunate to have been chosen by Sir Jianmu. From now on, follow Sir Jianmu closely, work hard, and make sure not to disappoint him!"

The Praying Sky Cang Lu named You Tian showed an expression of shock and delight at Qi Yue's gesture.

Previously, You Tian seldom had opportunities to interact with Qi Yue.

Hurriedly, You Tian let out a soft deer cry, as if promising something to Qi Yue, then gently nudged Fang Mu's hand with its head.

Seeing this, Fang Mu smiled and said to You Tian,

"Let me put you away for now. I'll complete the contract with you later. Let's work hard together from now on!"

As Fang Mu chose You Tian, the faces of the Praying Sky Cang Lu that were not chosen showed unmistakable disappointment.

A few among them expressed this emotion more openly.

Qi Yue noticed the emotional changes of the unchosen Praying Sky Cang Lu and promptly put them back into the compass.

Bringing these little ones to meet Fang Mu had unexpectedly yielded such additional insights!

Through this meeting, Qi Yue came to understand these young creatures' temperaments. Those with poor dispositions were not worth investing too much effort in cultivating.

It could be said that the Praying Sky Cang Lu who had just displayed dissatisfaction would no longer have a chance to become Qi Yue's successor!

Having handed over the King-level Extraterrestrial Embryo to Fang Mu, and with Fang Mu having made his selection among the younger generation of the Praying Sky Cang Lu tribe,

it was now time for Qi Yue to report the information the Praying Sky Cang Lu tribe had gathered on the Dimensional World to Fang Mu.

Qi Yue handed a glowing crystal to Fang Mu.

"Sir Jianmu, this is a Memory Firestone. It contains all the information we have on the Dimensional World. I even took the time to organize this information before coming here."

"You only need to use your spiritual power to connect with this stone to access all the knowledge about the Dimensional World."

"Since we have only explored it twice, the information is rather limited and may disappoint you."

Hearing this, Fang Mu smiled and replied,

"I know almost nothing about the Dimensional World, so all the information you provide is invaluable to me."

"Thank you, Miss Qi Yue, for your diligent efforts on my behalf!"

With that, Fang Mu handed a large brocade box, about half the size of a person, to Qi Yue.

"Miss Qi Yue, the younger generation of your Praying Sky Cang Lu tribe is truly outstanding. When I first met them, I hadn't prepared any gifts."

"Why not take this Spiritual Liquid back with you and distribute it among them as a token of my appreciation?"

After speaking, Fang Mu didn't wait for Qi Yue's response and directly projected his spiritual power into the Memory Firestone in his hand.

A torrent of information poured into Fang Mu's mind, providing him with a much clearer understanding of the Dimensional World.

Indeed, as Qi Yue mentioned, the limited number of explorations had resulted in a scarce amount of information. However, Fang Mu now had a general grasp of this Dimensional World.

This Dimensional World was far less dangerous than Fang Mu had imagined; the main issue was the overwhelming density of Outer Domain Spirits within it.

Almost every corner was teeming with countless Outer Domain Spirits, and these creatures rarely left their territories.

Once they ventured out of their own domains, they were often attacked by Outer Domain Spirits of other groups.

The more powerful Outer Domain Spirits could use their auras to summon and command lower-tier creatures to do their bidding.

In the Beastmaster World, A-class Outer Domain Spirits couldn't exhibit much strength and could be easily killed by Beastmasters.

However, in the Dimensional World, an A-class Outer Domain Spirit could mobilize overwhelming numbers of E- to B-class creatures to launch a massive assault.

Killing these creatures alone would release enough pollution energy to overwhelm a standard Beastmaster Team.

The sheer density of Outer Domain Spirits in the Dimensional World was not necessarily a disadvantage for Fang Mu.

To Fang Mu, these Outer Domain Spirits were essentially fodder for nurturing Guardian Beasts.

If the density of creatures in the Dimensional World were too sparse, just searching for them would consume an immense amount of energy.

That would undoubtedly hinder Fang Mu's exploration of the Dimensional World.

After scanning through the information in the Memory Firestone, Fang Mu returned it to Qi Yue.

Such stones were highly valuable treasures, and Fang Mu had no intention of taking advantage of Qi Yue in this regard.

Accepting the stone back, Qi Yue addressed Fang Mu in an extremely serious tone.

"Sir Jianmu, this Memory Firestone only contains basic information about the Dimensional World. There are two other findings that I did not record. I will share them with you now!"

Before embedding information into the Memory Firestone, Qi Yue always accounted for the possibility that it could be lost.

If the stone fell into the wrong hands and its contents were leaked, it would not only result in significant losses but also create monumental repercussions.

For key information, it was safest to keep it solely in one's mind!

"First, during the second exploration, the Beastmaster Team was scattered by a wave of Outer Domain Spirits. One team was forced to venture deep into the territory to evade them."

"There, they encountered a peculiar Outer Domain Spirit. It had none of the traits of a Touch Dog, Swallow, or Sting Antelope—it was simply a mass of writhing flesh with no significant strength."

"Yet, astonishingly, this flesh-like entity was accompanied by King-level Outer Domain Spirits as protectors!"

"These King-level beings acted reverently toward the flesh-like entity, doing everything in their power to safeguard it."

"This writhing flesh could divide itself, and the resulting fragments, upon further division, transformed into countless Touch Dogs, Swallow creatures, and Sting Antelopes."

"The Emperor Beast Court convened a special meeting on this matter, concluding that the flesh-like entity is likely central to the reproduction of Outer Domain Spirits—essentially, the mother figure of all such creatures."

"Second, we discovered that the Dimensional World contains certain mineral veins. These veins harbor faint traces of Spiritual Energy."

"I suspect the Emperor Beast Court's reluctance to collaborate with Humans and the Sea Clan on the exploration of the Dimensional World is deeply tied to these mineral veins!"

Fang Mu wasn't particularly interested in the Spiritual Energy deposits within these veins. What intrigued him much more was the massive, guarded flesh-like entity.

If this entity could indeed divide itself into Touch Dogs, Swallow creatures, and Sting Antelopes, then its existence was tied to the very essence of this Dimensional World.

Fang Mu was eager to capture one of these entities to ascertain whether it truly played a role in the Outer Domain Spirits' reproduction. If so, he intended to use Covenant Blood Essence to contract it.

With such a contract, Fang Mu might be able to continuously produce Outer Domain Spirits!

In doing so, he could command a vast army of Outer Domain Spirits and turn them against the Dimensional World itself!

This would address Fang Mu's critical shortage of manpower.

Fang Mu's aspirations extended far beyond this single Dimensional World. The army of Outer Domain Spirits created by this flesh-like entity would undoubtedly prove invaluable when venturing into others.

The meeting between Fang Mu and Qi Yue soon came to a close. Fang Mu did not immediately contract the Praying Sky Cang Lu after the meeting ended.

This was because Fang Mu currently possessed only a single drop of Covenant Blood Essence. Contracting a King-level Outer Domain Spirit with it was undoubtedly a more strategic choice than contracting the Praying Sky Cang Lu.

Two King-level creatures would provide substantial assistance as Fang Mu explored the Dimensional World. Moreover, the Dimensional World itself served as an ideal environment to further cultivate these two beings.

After finalizing his contract with the King-level Extraterrestrial Embryo, Fang Mu planned to set off for the Sea of Domains. He dripped his Covenant Blood Essence onto the spiked surface of the King-level Extraterrestrial Embryo.

The embryo immediately absorbed the drop of blood entirely.

Fang Mu could feel the bond forming between himself and the King-level Extraterrestrial Embryo. The entity seemed to plead to Fang Mu in an almost endearing manner, begging him to provide it with a large supply of energy.
