International Framework

—Every country has one official organization responsible for dealing with dream anomalies and Lucid activity.

—These organizations operate under a unified international protocol, but each country has cultural and strategic differences.

City-Level Deployment

—Each major city maintains a minimum of 5 Lucid units.

—Units are mobile, autonomous squads trained to contain, investigate, or neutralize dream anomalies and nightmares.

—Known as V-Teams (short for Vanguard Teams). Ex: Maharlika Vanguard Lakson branch Team = MVL T

Tier vs Position

—Tier (Flicker–Anchor) reflects the Lucid's strength/attunement to the dream world.

—Position (like Captain) reflects team command—not always based solely on rank (e.g., a high-ranked Echo might choose not to lead).

Lucid Tiers (Spiritual/Power Ranking)

1.) Flicker - Newly awakened; unstable in dream realm

2.) Sleeper - Gains control; learns basic survival in dream space

3.) Drifter - Capable of full body transition; minor anomaly confrontation

4.) Waker - Stable Lucid with influence in both worlds

5.) Echo - Leaves psychic imprints; can alter dream terrain slightly

6.) Anchor - Fused with dream logic; stabilizes rifts; can contain mid-class nightmares

7.) Oracle (Rare) - Possesses foresight, or "multi-wake" perception; can predict rift patterns

8.) Abyssal (Mythical) - Said to exist beyond normal dreamspace; influence reality even while asleep

Vanguard Position Ranks (Military/Organizational Rank)

1.) Lucid Recruit — (Flicker+) — Training stage Lucid; supervised strictly

2.) Lucid Operative — (Flicker+) — Fully accepted field agent; part of a Lucid team

3.) Senior Operative— (Sleeper+) —Trusted in high-risk missions; squad sub-leader

4.) Team Captain — (Waker+) — Leads a Lucid Strike Team; full tactical command

5.) Field Commander — (Waker+) —Oversees all teams in one city; coordinates red zone response

6.) Provincial Director — (Echo+) — Manages all operations across multiple cities

7.) National Sentinel — (Anchor+) — Symbolic and active leader of a nation's Vanguard force

8.) Warden of the Veil (1 per world) — Abyssal? — Mysterious figure rumored to watch over all dream crossings globally
