SCENE 1 — SAFEHOUSE — EARLY MORNING

INT. SAFEHOUSE — BEDROOM — 5:43 AM

The faint light of dawn seeps through half-drawn curtains. A solitary ceiling fan turns slowly.

CLOSE ON: A half-drunk cup of tea.

A file marked "CONFIDENTIAL: IRANI CASE".

And an empty bed.

The witness, PRANAV SHINDE (32), is gone.

SUB-INSPECTOR REHAN bursts in, panicked, finding the handcuffs dangling from the bedpost.

REHAN

(in shock)

Sir… witness… he's gone.

SCENE 2 — BLACK SQUAD HQ — MORNING

INT. WAR ROOM — 6:05 AM

ACP QAZI slams his fist on the table.

QAZI

Don't tell me he walked through walls! That place had two teams, biometric access, and no goddamn window!

IMRAN

(calming, scanning files)

Whoever planned this knew our protocols better than we did.

ARJUN

(loading his sidearm)

It's an inside job. No way this happens without a mole.

ZAIN

(grimly)

And we've got six hours before Irani walks.

CUT TO: Qazi's eyes narrowing.

QAZI

Find him. No press, no noise. Clean.

SCENE 3 — SAFEHOUSE FORENSIC SWEEP

INT. SAFEHOUSE — 6:40 AM

Imran and forensics comb the scene. No forced entry. No CCTV disruption.

IMRAN

(checking a loose vent cover)

Someone used the service duct. But they had the code.

He lifts a small wire tracer.

IMRAN

Military-grade scrambling device. Whoever did this wasn't a street thug.

SCENE 4 — POLICE HEADQUARTERS — 7:15 AM

INT. DCP'S OFFICE

Arjun confronts DCP KASHYAP.

ARJUN

(angrily)

One of your men leaked our safehouse location. Who was on comm logs?

KASHYAP

(defensive)

No one knew but me and the commissioner's office.

ARJUN

(pointing)

Then one of you is dirty.

SCENE 5 — BLACK SQUAD HQ — 7:30 AM

Zain goes through phone records.

ZAIN

Got a burner ping. Near Mumbai docks. Called a number registered to a dead officer.

ZAIN (CONT'D)

I'm taking Zoya. Cover me.

QAZI (OVER COMMS)

Don't wait for backup. Move.

SCENE 6 — MUMBAI DOCKS CHASE

EXT. DOCKS — 7:55 AM

Zain and Zoya tail a suspect in a hoodie.

The man darts through shipping containers.

ZAIN

(shouting)

Cut him off!

Gunfire erupts. Zoya rolls behind cover. Zain tackles the man — pulling off the hood to reveal… a decoy.

ZAIN (CONT'D)

(snarling)

Where's Shinde?!

DECOY (panicked)

I swear! Godown 37! Please!

SCENE 7 — INTERROGATION ROOM

INT. POLICE HQ — 8:10 AM

Imran interrogates SUB-INSPECTOR PAWAN, a suspected mole.

IMRAN

(quiet menace)

You opened that back door, didn't you?

PAWAN

(terrified)

They had my family. It wasn't supposed to be like this.

IMRAN

They'll kill yours. And then you. Speak.

PAWAN

Godown 37… Nariman Industrial. Irani's men.

SCENE 8 — FINAL RAID: GODOWN 37

EXT. NARIMAN INDUSTRIAL AREA — 8:45 AM

Black Squad's SUVs screech to a halt. Guns drawn.

QAZI (ON COMMS)

No survivors if they fire first.

INT. GODOWN 37

The godown is dim. Shinde's tied to a chair, bloodied.

A dozen armed men circle him. The leader grins.

LEADER

So… the famous Black Squad.

Arjun fires first. Chaos.

Zain drops three with headshots. Zoya clears the back.

Imran cuts Shinde loose.

IMRAN (to Shinde)

You better have something worth dying for.

SHINDE (broken, sobbing)

I wasn't running… they made me plant evidence against someone higher up. A minister… they'll kill us all.

QAZI (via comms, coldly)

Good. I'm ready for war.

SCENE 9 — WAR ROOM — LATER

INT. HQ — 11:00 AM

Irani's trial continues.

But Qazi stares at a new file: "Operation Iron Wall — Internal Leak Investigation"

ANONYMOUS MESSAGE APPEARS ON SCREEN:

"You saved one today.

Next time — you'll bury your own."
