The rain pelts the streets of Mumbai, casting shimmering reflections beneath the streetlights. The distant hum of cars and the occasional honk fill the air. The camera zooms in on Sahyadri Hospital, its lights flickering in the downpour.
Inside, the ICU is a hum of quiet activity. ANANYA RATHORE, mid-30s, a doctor with a no-nonsense demeanor, finishes talking to a patient, her brow furrowed in concentration.
She steps out of the room and quickly dials her phone.
ANANYA (into phone, calm but tired)
(softly)
I'll be home late tonight. I'm on night shift. Tell Ma not to wait up. We'll catch up tomorrow.
As she ends the call, she doesn't notice a figure lurking near the hallway corner. The air is thick with tension.

EXT. HOSPITAL ENTRANCE — NIGHT
A black Scorpio screeches to a halt in front of the hospital entrance. Four men in dark clothing step out, their presence threatening and menacing. Among them is MAHEER KALEEM, a cold and calculating criminal mastermind. His eyes, sharp as a hawk's, survey the surroundings.
MAHEER (whispering to his men)
No mistakes. We're here for precision.
The sound of rain grows louder as he leads them toward the hospital doors, the tension rising.

A bustling hospital lobby. Nurses shuffle by with charts, and patients wait in the corner, unaware of the impending threat. ANANYA exits the hallway, heading to the staff room, still unaware.
Suddenly, the glass doors slam open.
MAHEER and his men rush in. Guns drawn.
MAHEER (shouting)
Everyone, down! Get on the floor!
A few screams erupt from the startled staff and visitors. A nurse drops a tray of syringes, and the sound of glass breaking echoes across the room.
MAHEER (to the head nurse, coldly)
Do as I say. No one gets hurt... if you cooperate.
The camera pans over the faces of the frightened hospital staff, now in shock. MAHEER strides confidently across the lobby, as if this were another routine job.

INT. HOSPITAL HALLWAY — SAME TIME
SI SHREYA, a tough and competent officer in her late 20s, stands at a supply closet, restocking items. She hears the gunshots and the screams from the lobby. Her instincts kick in. She drops what she's doing and reaches for her weapon under her coat.
SHREYA (quietly to herself)
Hostage situation... Need backup.
She takes a deep breath, then bolts toward the source of the commotion, determined to keep things under control.

Sir, there's been a hostage crisis at Sahyadri Hospital.
QAZI
(never flinching)
Get the team together. Now.
SACHIN
Yes, sir.
QAZI (into his comms)
Zain, Arjun, Imran—meet me at the hospital. Full tactical response. Get moving.
The camera follows SACHIN as he hurries out of the office, calling other team members as he goes.

ARJUN and IMRAN step out of their squad car, both focused and ready. ARJUN immediately checks his phone.

Ananya... Where are you?
IMRAN (seriously)

ARJUN (glancing around)
She's in there. I know it.
IMRAN (grimly)
