The brutal War Games match raged on, the unforgiving steel cage serving as both a battleground and a weapon in the hands of the competitors. Inside, Drew, Stu, and Nick. With their ruthless three-on-two advantage, they systematically dismantled Jon Moxley and Taylor, who valiantly resisted but were overwhelmed by the unrelenting assault.
Drew McIntyre's imposing presence was a game-changer. He used his sheer strength and brutality to dominate the battlefield. At one point, Drew hoisted Taylor high into the air and delivered a spine-rattling powerbomb onto the steel connector between the two rings. The impact reverberated through the arena, drawing gasps from the crowd.
Meanwhile, Stu and Nick had Moxley pinned against the steel cage, using a kendo stick and a steel chair to punish the resilient fighter. Moxley, blood trickling down his forehead from earlier, gritted his teeth and absorbed the punishment, refusing to stay down. Nick swung the steel chair with precision, cracking it across Moxley's back, while Stu rammed the kendo stick into his ribs, each strike drawing groans of anguish.
Just when it seemed like Dragon's Boom was on the brink of collapse, the countdown clock appeared on the big screen. The crowd began counting down in unison, their excitement palpable.
"Ten! Nine! Eight!"
The numbers ticked away, and when the buzzer sounded, the arena erupted as Sheamus's theme music blared through the speakers. The Celtic Warrior burst through the iron cage, his face etched with determination. He sprinted down the ramp and entered the cage, immediately evening the odds.
"Here comes Sheamus!" one commentator roared. "Business is about to pick up!"
As soon as Sheamus entered the ring, he made an immediate impact. He blasted Nick with a big boot, sending him crashing into the corner. Stu charged at him with the kendo stick, but Sheamus ducked the swing and countered with a brutal Irish Curse backbreaker. The crowd roared as Sheamus turned his attention to Drew McIntyre, locking eyes with his fellow powerhouse.
The two giants collided in the center of the ring, trading thunderous punches that echoed through the arena. Drew attempted a Glasgow Kiss headbutt, but Sheamus blocked it and delivered The FRH - The Fiery Red Hand, planting Drew on the mat with authority. Sheamus pounded his chest, rallying the crowd as Dragon Boom's team began to reclaim control.
Moxley and Taylor, reinvigorated by Sheamus's arrival, joined the fray. Moxley grabbed a discarded baseball bat and swung it wildly, catching Nick in the midsection and sending him rolling out onto the connector. Taylor, showcasing his aerial prowess, leaped off the top rope and delivered a flying crossbody onto Stu, taking both men down.
With the momentum shifting, Sheamus turned his attention to the weapons scattered around the cage. He picked up the steel chair and cracked it over Drew's back with a deafening thud. Drew grimaced but didn't go down, instead turning to face Sheamus with a fiery glare.
"You'll have to do better than that," Drew snarled, before charging at Sheamus.
Sheamus met him head-on, the two exchanging brutal strikes once again. This time, Sheamus gained the upper hand, whipping Drew into the ropes and delivering a devastating Celtic Slam, a Death Valley driver, sending Drew crashing into the steel cage.
Meanwhile, Taylor and Moxley worked in tandem to isolate Stu and Nick on the connector. Taylor executed a flawless springboard moonsault onto Nick, while Moxley wrapped his arms around Stu and delivered a vicious German suplex onto the steel grating. The crowd erupted in chants of "This is awesome!" as Dragon Boom's team once again gained the upper hand.
But the reprieve was short-lived. Drew, resilient as ever, recovered quickly and grabbed the broken kendo stick. He swung it like a club, smashing it across Sheamus's chest.
The Celtic Warrior stumbled but remained standing, retaliating with a headbutt that sent Drew reeling. The exchange between the two powerhouses was relentless, each trying to outmatch the other with sheer brute force.
Stu and Nick, battered but not beaten, regrouped and launched a coordinated attack on Taylor. Nick grabbed Taylor's legs and catapulted him into the steel cage, while Stu followed up with a running knee strike that left Taylor dazed. The Empire began to rally, their teamwork proving effective despite the reenergized opposition.
As the carnage continued, the environment of the steel cage became a weapon in itself. Moxley, ever the opportunist, dragged Nick's face across the steel mesh, grinding it until blood began to seep from his forehead. "You wanted war? You've got it!" Moxley shouted, his voice filled with defiance.
Sheamus, on the other side of the ring, lifted Stu onto his shoulders and delivered a thunderous rolling senton onto the steel chair. The crowd roared as Sheamus stood tall, rallying the fans behind Dragon's Boom.
However, Drew was not to be denied. He blindsided Sheamus with a devastating Claymore Kick, the impact sending the Celtic Warrior crashing into the ropes. Drew then grabbed the baseball bat and swung it at Moxley, who barely managed to dodge. The bat collided with the cage wall, the clang of metal on metal echoing through the arena.
The countdown clock appeared again, signaling the arrival of the next competitor. The crowd buzzed with anticipation as the timer ticked down. The Empire's final member was about to enter, and Dragon's Boom braced themselves for another uphill battle.
When the buzzer sounded, the fourth member of The Empire's team, Joe the FCW Florida Heavyweight Champion, stormed into the cage, and the war intensified.
The crowd was in a frenzy as Joe, the reigning FCW Florida Heavyweight Champion, entered the War Games structure. His imposing presence radiated confidence and a sense of impending doom for Dragon's Boom.
Joe's eyes immediately locked on Sheamus, the man he had defeated to claim his championship. The tension between the two was palpable, and the crowd could feel the anticipation of their clash.
Joe wasted no time asserting his dominance. As Sheamus staggered to his feet after Drew's earlier assault, Joe charged forward and flattened him with a devastating running forearm smash. The sound of Joe's impact reverberated through the arena, followed by a guttural roar that sent chills down the spines of everyone in attendance.
Joe focused his attack on Sheamus with a relentless barrage of strikes. He delivered a series of knife-edged chops to Sheamus's chest, each one louder than the last. Sheamus's pale skin turned red under the assault, but he fired back with his signature forearms, only for Joe to counter with a swift headbutt that sent Sheamus stumbling into the ropes.
"Joe is showing us why he's the top dog in FCW!" exclaimed the commentator. "This man is truly a samoan submission machine!"
Joe followed up by lifting Sheamus onto his shoulders with ease, demonstrating his immense strength. With a powerful Samoan Drop, Joe sent Sheamus crashing into the mat. The crowd groaned at the impact as Joe stood over his fallen rival, a sinister smirk on his face.
Meanwhile, the chaos around the cage didn't stop. Drew joined Joe in targeting Sheamus, while Stu and Nick turned their focus on Taylor, keeping him isolated. Moxley, however, had other plans.
Bloodied but defiant, Moxley rallied himself and grabbed a discarded steel chair. Swinging wildly, he struck Nick across the back, then turned his attention to Stu, jamming the chair into his midsection and forcing him to retreat.
Joe, noticing Moxley's resurgence, decided to intervene. Dropping Sheamus momentarily, he marched toward Moxley with purpose. Moxley, seeing the champion approach, hurled the chair at Joe, who swatted it away like it was nothing.
Joe closed the distance and delivered a stiff kick to Moxley's ribs, doubling him over. He then hoisted Moxley into the air and slammed him face-first into the steel mesh, grinding his head against the unforgiving cage.
"I told you," Joe growled, his voice audible even over the crowd noise. "You're not built for this."
But as Joe continued his assault, Sheamus re-entered the fray. With a guttural yell, he delivered a surprise Brogue Kick to Joe's back, sending the champion crashing into the cage wall. Sheamus grabbed a kendo stick lying nearby and unleashed a furious onslaught, striking Joe repeatedly and driving him to his knees. The crowd erupted, cheering Sheamus's fiery comeback.
Amid the carnage, Tyler, once again made his move. Dressed as a fan, he leaped over the barricade, his sudden appearance causing a stir among the crowd and security. Before anyone could react, Tyler reached into his jacket and tossed a pair of brass knuckles and handcuffs into the cage. The crowd gasped as the weapons slid across the mat, coming to rest near Moxley.
"Tyler again! This kid is relentless!" one commentator shouted.
Moxley, seizing the opportunity, snatched up the brass knuckles and slipped them onto his hand. He stalked toward Nick, who was still battling Taylor. Moxley delivered a vicious punch to Nick's jaw, the brass knuckles amplifying the impact. Nick collapsed to the mat, clutching his face, as Moxley stood over him, the crowd raining cheers on him.
Meanwhile, the handcuffs fell into Drew and Stu's hands who grabbed the handcuffs, their eyes gleaming with malicious intent. They turned their attention to Moxley, who was standing over Nick.
Stu blindsided Moxley with a steel chair to the back, while Drew locked the handcuffs around Moxley's wrists, chaining him to the ropes. The crowd erupted in anger as Moxley struggled against his restraints, helpless to defend himself.
With Moxley incapacitated, The Empire had a clear advantage. Joe returned his focus to Sheamus, delivering a devastating series of moves. He unleashed brutal suplexes, each one shaking the cage and leaving Sheamus gasping for air.
Joe followed up with a flurry of stiff knee strikes to Sheamus's ribs, then locked him in a Coquina Clutch. The crowd roared, willing Sheamus to escape, but the Celtic Warrior's movements grew sluggish as Joe tightened his grip.
Just when it seemed like The Empire was firmly in control, the countdown clock appeared again, signaling the arrival of Dragon's Boom's next member. The crowd counted down with renewed hope, their voices echoing throughout the arena.
"Five! Four! Three! Two! One!"
The buzzer sounded, and Kofi's music hit. The arena exploded in cheers as Kofi sprinted down the ramp, his high-energy entrance reigniting the crowd. He entered the cage with a flurry of offense, immediately targeting Nick and Stu.
Kofi used his agility to his advantage, dodging Stu's attempted strike and delivering a springboard dropkick that sent him crashing into the turnbuckles. Turning his attention to Nick, Kofi unleashed a series of kicks, finishing with a Trouble in Paradise that left Nick sprawled on the mat.
Kofi then rushed to Moxley, trying to break the handcuffs. As he struggled to free his teammate, Joe and Drew approached, weapons in hand. Kofi saw them coming and ducked just in time, avoiding Drew's brass-knuckled punch. He retaliated with a hurricanrana that sent Drew flying into Joe, toppling both men.
With the crowd firmly behind him, Kofi grabbed the steel chair and smashed it against the chain holding Moxley's handcuffs. After a few strikes, the chain snapped, freeing Moxley. The crowd erupted as Moxley, now unshackled, grabbed the chair and joined Kofi in their fight against The Empire.
The War Games match continued to live up to its brutal reputation. The steel cage, already stained with blood and scattered with broken weapons, bore witness to the chaos as the countdown clock flashed once again. Anticipation grew, and the crowd counted down loudly.
"Five! Four! Three! Two! One!"
The buzzer sounded, and the final member of The Empire, Creed, made his entrance. His arrival sent a wave of dread through the crowd as the massive figure marched toward the cage with an air of invincibility. Creed, a man of unmatched physicality and intimidation, entered the fray with purpose, and his presence immediately shifted the tide in favor of The Empire.
