In the world of Ascension Log: The Silent Sign-In Sovereign, cultivation is the path by which mortals rise to defy the heavens, defy fate, and ultimately ascend beyond life and death.

This is the official cultivation path followed by all cultivators:

1. Body Tempering Realm (9 Stages)

• The foundation of all cultivation.

• Focuses on strengthening bones, blood, muscles, and inner organs.

• Physical resistance and strength increase significantly.

• Breakthrough sign: opening the first meridian gate.

2. Meridian Awakening Realm (9 Layers)

• Cultivators awaken and circulate Qi through the 12 meridians.

• Qi control, spiritual perception, and internal flow are refined.

• Combat power begins to form.

• Most outer sect disciples are in this stage.

3. Spirit Vein Realm (Early, Mid, Late, Peak)

• The cultivator forms spiritual veins to draw energy from heaven and earth.

• Core techniques and arts can now be cultivated.

• Inner sect requirements begin here.

4. Soul Core Realm (1st to 9th Core Ring)

• Cultivators condense a spiritual core within the dantian.

• Each "Core Ring" represents a level of soul condensation.

• Cultivators can create domain techniques and spiritual clones.

5. Heaven Ascension Realm (Lower Sky, Middle Sky, Upper Sky)

• Marks the cultivator's first contact with the laws of the world.

• Heavenly tribulations begin.

• Few reach this stage without a powerful sect or system.

6. Dao Foundation Realm (Incomplete, Whole, Refined, Transcendent)

• The cultivator begins to build their personal Dao.

• Those who transcend this realm are revered as Sovereigns.

• Lost realms may exist beyond this point…

Unique Note: The Silent Sovereign Path

Kai Lin, the protagonist, possesses a mysterious cultivation path separate from all others — known only as the Silent Sovereign Path.

Its cultivation progress is measured by system percentage.

No known records exist of this path in the present world.
