Amalton: Prophesy Proclaimed.

Chapter 13: He Is A Hard Nut to Crack.

'Woah! That was huge' Monstal commented moments after they got to Earth.

'Yep' Kyan nodded.

'So, we are all here, where are you?' Kyan called out.

That was when the two, especially Rosa, realized that they were not at Kyan's place, they were in a tomb, a cave!

'What are we doing here Kyan?' Rosa asked, looking puzzled.

'Welcome to the tomb of Amalton's gods' Kyan said with a smile.

'Do you plan on killing us? Why are we here Kyan, speak or I will lose it' Monstal threatened.

'Come on Monst...al, you look really harmless, I don't think you...

'Silence!' the voice echoed through the hall.

Everyone except Kyan was stunned and they all bowed in fear and respect, but all Kyan could do was roll his eyes wearily.

'I will not appear before anyone today, none of us will. You are not complete Kyan, where is the last one?' Maltzubri asked.

'There is no last one, Mal...

'Cian isn't here, where is he?' Maltzubri asked in haste. 'Who knows where Cian can be?' he asked.

There was a pin drop silence after his speech and it indicated that nobody knew his whereabouts.

'Well, I am not surprised or shocked. There is absolutely no way anyone of you could have met him before, he is like the gust of wind, he moves swiftly.' Maltzubri said and that was the last statement they heard from him and the others.

'Let's leave' Kyan said and reached out to their hands.

'Where are we going?' Monstal asked.

'We are going to find this Invisible monster before tommorow's dawn' Kyan said confidently.

Suddenly, Maltzubri's burst into view.

'Before dawn? Well... Dreaming big is all part of it Kyan and I believe in you' he said mockingly, but Kyan wasn't interested in the conversation, so he rolled his eyes and reached for another mirror, not so he could create a pathway home, but so that he could create a pathway that lead them straight to Cian.

Amalton's Floating Fortresses.

They landed on air? What was a monster doing on air, except if he was one of the dark forces of Amalton.

'Do you have air monsters?' Kyan asked.

'You are just checking to see if you have made a huge mistake, right?' Monstal asked aggressively. 'Tell me, why we are in Amalton's Floating Fortresses, this belongs to the dark forces of Amalton and I am not sure I want to become one!'

'My procedures never fail, so you need to calm down, either we were mislead by Maltzubri which is absolutely impossible, or I made a mistake, which Is literally...

'Impossible, seriously? You think, you are the world's perfect, right? Do you think Amalton's gods don't know what they are doing?' Monstal said.

'Maybe none of this two parties are wrong, it is a wise decision to have one of them on our team, this is the only way to know everything about them, right?' Rosa said.

'Maybe, but how can we find the fastest wind in the atmosphere, every creature here are members of the dark forces, do you think it is going to be easy?' Monstal asked.

'The best you can do right now is to be positive Monstal' Kyan said.

'Ok'

'I can blend in quite well' Kyan said, walking towards the hall.

'We can all blend in' Monstal and Rosa said as they walked behind Kyan.

'That's great' Kyan muttered and smiled.

Kyan had almost asked every living creature in that hall for the whereabouts of Cian, before he finally came to a man. He wasn't facing them, but he heard and saw them clearly.

Kyan was about to skip the creepy guy when he heard a voice coming from the direction of the guy, after searching to be assured that it wasn't from somewhere else, Kyan turned to him with full attention.

'I am Cian but I am not coming along, since no one owns me, I won't budge' The very handsome monster said. It was obvious that he was meditating in human form.

Rosa could not help but droll.

'Do you mind?' Monstal said, watching her with irritated looks.

'Oh' Rosa closed her mouth in realization.

'But you have to come along, you are needed, the gods have called you, they chose you' Monstal said.

'The gods and I are not friends' The young guy said as he opened his eyes. Red lights emitted from his head as he spoke, making it super hard to see him clearly.

In a flash, he had transformed into an ugly monster. Then, he turned to Rosa.

'Aren't you drolling over my looks anymore?' he asked with a frown.

'N-no' Rosa replied in fright.

Kyan's attention was shifted to a magical poster that was all over the wall, he sensed that it was a portal and he was proven right as he saw different dark creatures coming out of the poster with blood all over them and voices could be heard... Voices of the tortured could be heard, and he could bet that he heard Amelia's voice.

'No, she can't be there, how could she have gotten there, she could not be there, she passionately disliked Amalton' he thought but, he knew he wasn't making any sense.

She wasn't in Amalton when Bathsuk tried to attack her.

'If you are done thinking about the most tortured being in the woods, you will know that I haven't changed my mind'. Cian said.

'You can read minds?' Kyan asked.

'I see everything clearly, your past, your present, but I am not privileged to see the future' he said.

'Please Cian, I need you on my team, you might not be the gods allies, but you are not their enemies'

'That is exactly what I am, Kyan' Cian said with a serious tone, he was floating towards the magical portal.

'You should leave when you are ready.'

'The world is in danger Cian, the entire world is in danger... Including Amalton' Kyan spilled in frustration and fear.

Cian stopped and turned to him, scrutinizing him as he floated towards him.

'So, the world is in danger and a human is the one that is capable of leading monsters and spirits into a world of freedom? You can keep jesting Kyan, but I should warn you that your little play might be much more scarier in a short while' Cian said.

'Bathsuk is going to kill everyone, he is going to hurt everyone, he wants to rule the world!' Kyan continued desperately.

'He rules the magical world already Kyan, he won't wipe his subjects just to get some useless mortals' Cian assured.

'He doesn't want some useless mortals, he wants powers, and only the creatures of Amalton have that power. Especially...

'The dark forces' Rosa completed with full understanding and Monstal smiled.

'And what makes you think I will believe that?' Cian said.

'It's not that you don't believe me, you are just too afraid to accept the truth. You don't want to help because you don't think you can fight against Bathsuk and win'.

'No one can succeed when it comes to Bathsuk, except it's the gods will' Cian said.

'This is the god's will, Cian, and they want you to help'

'I want to meet Maltzubri' Cian said.

Rosa sighed with relief.

'This means this chapter is closed?' Monstal asked with relief and Kyan nodded as he stared at the not so visible Cian as he transformed into his handsome young mortal self.

'I am not gonna pass on this one' Rosa said as she stared intently at the Cian.

He wanted to look at her, he wanted to be sure she wasn't the one he had changed for, he knew she would not remember a single thing, but he couldn't dare to look at her.

'Let's leave' Kyan said as he reached for Rosa and Monstal's hands.

'I know you can find your way around' he said to Cian as he reached for his mirror- the one that led to his home.

Because this time, it was Home Sweet Home.
