Chapter 70: Hans death.. i...killed them
As the two Hans, Leo and Doria, descended onto the barren planet, a bleak and desolate landscape greeted them. Deep craters scarred the land, and there was an unsettling absence of trees and wildlife. Looming above it all was a towering figure....,Void.
"What… is that?" Doria gasped, instinctively stepping back as the portal behind them closed.
"I don't know, and I don't want to know," Leo replied, his face tense.
"Hello there," Void said smoothly, appearing before them in an instant, a chilling smile on his face.
Both Leo and Doria froze, their expressions locked in shock. The presence before them was overwhelmingly powerful—far beyond their own capabilities.
"Apologies if we've intruded on your territory," Leo began, bowing. But Void cut him off, his gaze lingering on the numbers above their heads.
"Ah… Hans, correct? Leo and Doria. Interesting," Void murmured, glancing briefly at his own rank—number 2.
Whether due to Void's towering height or their own lack of attention, they hadn't noticed the "2" above his head until now. Void, however, had seen it as soon as they arrived and couldn't help but wonder how powerful number 1 might be.

"You… you're a Hans too?" Doria stammered, shocked. Void nodded, an amused smile curling on his lips.
Leo felt a flicker of relief. Void was also a Hans and apparently ranked in the top ten.
"So, where are the others?" Void asked, his tone casual but unsettling. He didn't yet know why they were here.
Doria tried to deflect, nervously laughing. "Well… we thought this place was some kind of ruin. Guess we were wrong."
"Not entirely," Void replied, his gaze sweeping the barren landscape. "It does look like a ruin," he observed, with a hint of irony. Leo sighed, trying to keep his composure.
"Sorry again," Leo managed, forcing a smile, though his mind raced with anxiety. Void was already a quasi Rank 3 being —and after only three years. When had he grown this strong?
Doria, finally noticing the rank, exclaimed, "Wait… you're number 2?" Leo sighed inwardly. His sister was naive and outspoken, traits that could be dangerous.
"Congratulations on reaching quasi-Rank 3," Leo said, bowing respectfully.
"Er… congratulations!" Doria added, quickly bowing as well.
"It's nothing," Void replied, waving off the praise with a grin.
"So, who did you inform about coming here?" Void asked, and the atmosphere grew tense. Though ranked highly, Leo and Doria knew all too well that even the top Hans often pursued selfish goals. Now, they sensed something was very wrong.
Both of them straightened, strained smiles on their faces as they tried to mask their unease.
"Did I say something wrong?" Void asked, his wide smile unwavering.
"N-no… nothing like that," Leo stammered, his own grin faltering.
"So, who did you tell?" Void repeated, his tone sharpened, the atmosphere thickening. An oppressive aura pressed down on them. Finally, Doria, the weaker of the two, spoke up.
"N—" But Leo interrupted her, quickly changing her answer. "Not many… just a few," he replied cautiously, glancing at Void, who raised an eyebrow.
Void's smirk widened. He could tell she'd intended to say "no" and that Leo had quickly covered for her.
"What if others knew you entered the so-called ruin portal? They'd have no idea it led here…" Void mused aloud, his grin turning malicious.
"Well, that's unfortunate," Void said, tone cold, "but I can't waste precious souls like yours… sorry." The lack of remorse in his voice made the apology feel like a mockery.
Void raised his hand to his side. The space around him fractured, and two figures appeared—Linkir and Sword Demon.
Leo and Doria were immobilized, minds frozen in place, as Void's overwhelming presence bore down on them. Their last thoughts were of the vast power gap between them and Void.
"Kill them," Void commanded. Linkir and Sword Demon exchanged a brief glance before obeying. The two Hans, paralyzed and helpless, had no chance. Moments later, Void absorbed their souls.
Void hadn't killed them himself for a reason—he remembered how a certain angelic figure's actions had been broadcast across the chat group . He suspected that killing Leo and Doria himself might trigger a similar broadcast, which could draw unwanted attention. Patience was key.
"Good. Now, be on your way," Void commanded, clenching his fist as space shattered once more, revealing the second layer of space. Linkir and Sword Demon, encased in a protective half law bubble, were swept into the rift and reappeared in their previous positions.

Meanwhile, in the Vast Expanse of Space…
In the far reaches of space, an ancient, sacred Devouring Beast stirred. Its form, like a tiger and dragon ..with sharp spikes along its body, radiated an aura of insatiable hunger. Its eyes slowly opened as it sensed something in the distance, far across the fabric of space and time.
"My child!" it roared, the sound reverberating across universes, causing galaxies to flicker and die. To the beast, these distant universes were little more than marbles scattered in its path.
Turning with a ferocious snarl, it began to move toward Void's location, its fury unleashed, its intent to avenge its fallen child.

On a High-Level Planet...
The empress of a vast kingdom sat regally on her throne, savoring fruits offered by palace maids. Suddenly, she sensed a disturbance that shattered her calm.
"Sister…" she murmured, her gaze turning distant as she rose from her seat.
"Your Majesty?" The guards around her quickly bowed, their expressions puzzled.
"Stay here. Find someone to rule the kingdom in my place," she commanded before vanishing.
The court erupted into chaos as ministers and generals were summoned. The scramble for the throne began.

Outside the Planet...
The empress materialized, her face dark with fury.
"Who dares?" she snarled, her teeth gritted in rage as she transformed. Her form expanded, towering and majestic, with wings that unfolded in radiant splendor. Her butterfly-like wings glowed with a powerful charm aura capable of captivating any creature and bending it to her will.
She disappeared once more, tearing through the fabric of space-time, leaving a large rupture that pierced through to the third layer of space. The intense energy of her passage sent ripples through the surrounding space time , and in her wake, another being appeared.
The figure crashed down onto a nearby planet, a surge of anger blazing in his eyes.
"I despise angels. They're all the same… And he dared to deceive me," the figure spat, his two white wings, pure as fresh snow, smeared with blood.
Anyone familiar with the Hans would recognize this formidable presence as the "Supremacy Angel."
