The story of a hero in my hero academia

Chapter 6: 6) First Steps into Power

3 year old

Do you know what the best part of having chakra is?

It's that my body is already growing stronger. I'm only three years old, but physically, I look more like a four or five-year-old. Every day, I circulate chakra throughout my body to get used to controlling it, but man... it's hard. Really hard.

The worst part? Trying to do something useful with it.

Now I know I'm not some god-tier prodigy like Itachi. Seriously, how did that guy spew flames from his mouth at the age of seven after seeing the jutsu just once? I know, I know—I'm still just three. But if it were Itachi in my place, he would've already mastered three jutsu and become a chunin or something.

Me? I train daily until I exhaust all my chakra. I'm hoping this will gradually strengthen my body and help me grow my reserves. But honestly, progress is... slow.

Let's face it: I don't have a tailed beast sealed inside me acting as a giant battery, and I don't have some fancy god-eyes like the Sharingan or Rinnegan. So how the hell am I supposed to go up against monsters like All For One or All Might—guys who can destroy buildings with a single punch?

Still, I won't give up. I've come too far to get discouraged now.

Right now, I'm focusing on elemental control. Since I don't have chakra paper to test my affinity, I've been doing it the old-fashioned way—by visualizing and practicing. I started by trying to burn leaves. Just focusing, concentrating, and imagining them catching fire. It worked… eventually.

From this, I figured out that I have an affinity for fire and lightning chakra. I tried the others—earth, wind, water—but no luck. Fire is hard to control and requires a lot of chakra just to produce even a small flame. Lightning… well, lightning is terrifying. Every time I push it too far, I end up nearly electrocuting myself. So yeah, baby steps.

Still, I had a thought. If I don't have a tailed beast or fancy bloodlines, why not follow the path of someone who didn't have those either?

Yes—I'm talking about Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage.

The Flying Thunder God Technique. That's what I need.

I know it's ridiculously complex and way out of my league right now. But I don't have the luxury to be realistic. If I can recreate the marking system and master that jutsu…How hard might How hard might it be?.I need to try at least I might actually survive the chaos I know is coming.

That's why I train in secret. No one can know—not yet.

"Hiro, where are you?" my mom's voice called from a distance. I was at the park, pretending to play, but really, I was training behind some bushes.

"Coming!" I shouted, brushing the dirt off my hands and jogging over.

"Why don't you go play with the other kids?" she asked, glancing toward a group near the swings.

"No, it's okay. Let's go home," I replied casually. I can't train with her watching me, and besides, I was tired.

"If that's what you want," she said, sounding a little concerned.

And just like that, we started heading home—me, hiding a secret power growing inside, step by small step.
