Aria was about taking a nap when Ellery entered her room

"The king has called for your presence l, my lady" she said bowing

"Father?" She was surprised, her father never calls for her, he always comes to meet her himself

"Yes, my lady"

"Do you know why?"

"No idea, my lady"

"Okay, I would be there shortly"

Aria knocked gently

"Come in" Leonidas called from inside

"You summoned my presence, father" Aria said when she has fully entered her father's room

"Yes I did, sit down Aria" He said turning his chair to her

Aria sat across her father carefully, his aura was unusually cold today

"Anything the matter father?"

"Demitri met with you last night" It wasn't a question

Aria gulped the moment she heard that

"And I'm sure she has informed you what you need to know"

"Yeah, but I really have to find it out myself? How do I do that?"

"I don't know Aria"

She looked down at her fingers, this is really gonna be tough, she just hopes Lucius finds a solution quickly

"So Argentum's prince?"

Aria looked up at her father slowly "Huh?"

"I.. I'm sorry father" she stuttered

"Why do I feel like my daughter is been manipulated by this so called Lucius" Leonidas sinked into his chair staring at his daughter

"How do you mean? Manipulated? Lucius has been my best friend since I was eight, father"

"I'm a smart one Aria, that is why I'm a king, no best friend will convince you to do what the heavens has forbidden you to"

Leonidas raised his eyebrows, his daughter called him like a king that he was, she never did
