The sect leaders explain the test: disciples will enter the Maze of Shadows, a large labyrinth filled with illusions, traps, and spirit beasts. The task is to find a "Crystal of Spirit" hidden within the maze. However, only those who demonstrate bravery, intelligence, and cooperation will pass.

The test has two parts: navigating the maze and finding the crystal. Disciples are advised that while alliances are allowed, only those who prove their strength will succeed.

As the sect leaders announced the rules of the second test, Zhang Xin glanced around, sizing up the other disciples. A few caught his eye, particularly a tall young man with a haughty expression standing near the edge of the hall. Luo Yan. Zhang Xin had heard rumors about him to have mastery over dark energy techniques.

Zhang Xin and his allies finally reach the heart of the maze. Here, they encounter a large spirit beast guarding the crystal. The creature is fearsome and powerful, capable of using both fire and shadow attacks.

Working together, Mei Lan uses her healing powers to keep the group going, Wei Luo creates barriers with his earth techniques, and Chen Bo launches coordinated attacks. Zhang Xin uses his new abilities, sensing the beast's weak points and eventually defeating it with a powerful energy attack guided by the ancient stone.

After they retrieve the Crystal of Spirit, the group exits the maze.As they exited the maze, Luo Yan's glare was fixed on him, burning with ambition and anger. Suddenly, a loud roar echoes across the arena, and a group of fierce spirit beasts emerges from the shadows. The beasts, resembling giant wolves with flames crackling around them, rush toward Zhang Xin's team.

Luo Yan smirks, taunting Zhang Xin and challenging him to a fight for control of the emblem. His team consists of skilled disciples with dark energy techniques and powerful weapons, making them formidable opponents.

5. The Battle Between Teams

Fight Scene: Luo Yan's team attacks first. Luo Yan sends a wave of dark energy toward Zhang Xin's team, while his teammates attempt to encircle them.

Zhang Xin's team splits into pairs to counter the attack:

Zhang Xin and Yuxin: Zhang Xin uses the energy of the ancient stone to create protective shields, while Yuxin, skilled with ice techniques, uses ice to deflect attacks. They focus on keeping Luo Yan's energy blasts at bay.

7. Turning the Tide of Battle

With Luo Yan's team stunned, Zhang Xin's team seizes the opportunity to counterattack:

Xiaobo and Yuxin combine their fire and wind techniques, creating a massive whirlwind of flames that forces Luo Yan's team to retreat.

Mei Lan and Wei Luo provide support, healing their teammates and reinforcing defenses.

8. Victory and Rivalry

With the Spirit Emblem in their possession, Zhang Xin's team successfully completes the task. Luo Yan, defeated but furious, vows that this is not over and warns Zhang Xin that he will come after him again.

As Zhang Xin and his friends leave the arena, they celebrate their victory, acknowledging the power of teamwork and the strength of their new bonds.

Back at the sect, the leaders praise Zhang Xin's team for their unity and determination. Zhang Xin can't shake the feeling that something larger is at play, especially with the mysterious power of the ancient stones.

He resolves to uncover the truth about the stone's powers, knowing that challenges like Luo Yan will only become more intense in the days to come.
