Chapter 75: Chapter 74 - A Father-son Relationship

Third person POV

"What the flip are they doing here?!" Roxas' mind said.

"No way…" Anko added in a low voice.

Both of them are in invisibility mode thanks to Anko.

The three Elite Players started looking at the products in that store.

Because of that, Roxas and Anko left the area and went to the cashiers' desks so Roxas could pay for his purchases finally. There Anko turned off his invisibility mode behind the nearest shelf from the cashiers' desk, and Roxas came out with his purchases to pay for them. At this point, he had 2 spiral-bound notebooks in blue and red, 3 blue gel pens, and 1 green highlighter. All of these costed 121 pesos total, and Roxas paid up with the exact amount with no change.

And so, after that, Roxas grabbed the paper bag of his purchases and immediately left the store with Anko trailing behind. After that, Roxas received a text message from his father, who was now waiting at a Jollibee restaurant in the mall and had sent a message about it to him. So, he said to Anko, "Hey, let's go to a fast food restaurant to meet up with my father. I'll guide the way."

"Okay!" Anko enthusiastically replied. "Lead the way!"

And then, a bit later, they arrived at that Jollibee restaurant, where Roxas' father was waiting for Roxas. Luckily, Anko remained invisible. And then, Roxas met up with his father Ricardo, and sat down on a seat from the other side of the table while putting his purchases on an empty seat next to him. "Hi there, anak," Ricardo said to Roxas. "How are you in this place?"

Anko was invisible while sitting next to Roxas in the Jollibee restaurant and avoided sitting on Roxas' stuff.

Roxas had his black messenger bag with him on his shoulder and lap.

"It's fine," replied Roxas back to his father.

Ricardo then smiled softly. "Ah, okay po. It seemed that miss mo na ang lugar dito…"

Roxas then chuckled softly and positively. "Opo nga, things in this mall didn't change much, eh…"

A bit later, both the father and son had some Jollibee fried chicken, rice, and French fries for lunch, as well as some soft-serve ice cream for dessert. Roxas ate his meal with enthusiasm while savoring its taste. Because of that, Anko, within Roxas, saw Roxas' memories of eating in that particular restaurant brand since childhood. "Woah…" Anko commented in awe, "…he lived a normal and happy life…"

Ricardo, being unaware of Anko's presence, was happy that Roxas enjoying his meal.

His father-son relationship with his son was very good.

But, Evil Kirito and his two friends saw the scene from the outside of the restaurant establishment, and they were stunned at Roxas' happy time there.
