( Yuuki's POV )

Ikaros and I collected the ice dragon's treasures that seemed most useful, one of the things that caught my attention the most was a blue gem that seemed to contain most of the dragon's powers, This was excellent material but the dragon I had faced was not someone very exceptional so I kept the gem close to me and injected some of my power into it slowly so that one day I can create a powerful weapon or sacred gear.

After that I found something curious, a pale blue crystal, smaller than a marble but I could feel a great amount of power coming from it, that was too small to do anything with, but I took it to investigate later, with that our looting session ended and I opened a portal back home.

Before we crossed the portal Kunou stuck to my side and grabbed my hand tightly, I just gave her a comforting smile and we crossed the portal together.

Kunou closed her eyes as we walked and when she opened them we were next to the stairs to the temple that Ikaros and I were climbing before, we were hidden in the trees so as not to surprise ordinary people who were visiting the temple, and when Kunou saw where we were, she pointed to the temple at the top of the stairs with a smile.

Kunou: My house is over there!

We started climbing the stairs again but strangely I couldn't feel any human presence, I stayed alert and when we arrived at the temple I felt two presences approaching us, I put Kunou behind me and prepared for what was coming and those who appeared were a couple of crow men, I think they were tengus.

Tengu: You stay away from the girl!

Yuuki: I don't think I will.

I didn't know the intentions of these guys and I wasn't going to give up Kunou so easily, the tengu prepared to fight but Kunou stood in front of me and stopped them.

Kunou: Wait! Yuuki-sama is the one who saved me.

Tengu: Kunou-sama, is that true?

It seems that Kunou knew these guys and when the tengus calmed down Kunou gave them a brief explanation of what had happened, everything pointed to the fact that the kind of princess Kunou was, was the princess of the Yokai.

The tengus changed their attitude towards me and when I told them that I was interested in speaking with the leader of the Yokai faction and they offered to guide me, I told them I had to wait for my colleagues and they agreed.

When the rest of the girls met up with us we entered the temple but when the tengus opened the door for us, the place was magically connected to a castle larger than what was seen from the outside, this was the base of the Yokais.

We walked down a long corridor and when we arrived at a large elegant room we finally met the leader of the Yokais, just like Kunou she was a Kyubi, She was sitting on her knees and wearing an elegant yellow kimono, she was a mature woman but I'm sure her age was much older than what she looked but that didn't matter, her beauty was indisputable.

The Kyubi woman had long blonde hair tied in a ponytail with some golden ornaments, she had enchanting amber eyes and her kimono could barely contain her stunning curves.

When we entered the room she had a serious expression but when she saw me she opened her eyes wide and stared at me, I couldn't take my eyes off her either and my body started acting up, my blood started boiling and my heart started beating fast, and I was sure I could also hear the woman's rapid heartbeat and saw some blush on her cheeks, I hadn't felt like this in a while and a desire to take that woman grew inside me but before I could do anything we were brought out of our trance by Kunou's voice.

Kunou: mother!

Kunou ran to the side of the woman who was her mother and she greeted her with a loving hug, after that demonstration of maternal love ended, the kitsune woman put on a professional face and introduced herself to us.

???: My name is Yasaka, leader of the Yokai faction. I welcome you, I am very grateful to you for bringing my daughter back, but could you explain to us what happened?

Yuuki: I am Kurokawa B. Yuuki, and of course, I will tell you everything I know.

I explained to her what had happened on my little mission and my knowledge of portals, she listened to everything without a trace of doubt and when I finished Yasaka put on a worried expression.
