Quick Travel: It's not easy to be a System.

Morning, The Gu Family Villa

Gu Ling woke up tired and decided to not go to the company early in the morning, after making some calls she went down to look at her Mom and Dad doting on their adopted son like a treasure.

All this increased the guilt she had towards Lei Feng so without taking any breakfast she went out to look for clues. Meanwhile, the police were searching for Lei Feng as well.

She went to his old house but it was closed and after interaction with kind neighbors she came to know that Lei Feng's life before coming to Gu Family was really tough but at least he had a caring foster mother who acted like a light of hope in his life.

Now with that gone, even she couldn't tell whether Lei Feng would come back home.

When she returned home in the afternoon, Officer Qin was also present in the lobby conversing with their Mom and Dad,

"We reached out to the school and they said Lei Feng did come to school yesterday but due to heavy rain the school will remain closed from today," said Office Qin.

"But he doesn't use Dormitory, where could he have gone?" Gu Ling frowned slightly, and her face was full of visible anxiety.

"If he's not at school, we suspect he's rented a house in a nearby village." The police officer smiled awkwardly and continued, "However, due to the weather, it's difficult for us to carry out our work, so we have to wait until this rainstorm is over."

"What?" Zhao Lang paced back and forth in the living room anxiously.

"Mrs. Gu, please don't be anxious. Can you first tell us why the Young master Feng left?"

Listening to the police officer's words, the people in the living room looked embarrassed.

Without intending to continue this conversation any further, they let the police officers find more clues saying 'it was a private family matter' and asked Uncle Fu to see them off.

Although Officer Qin saw something was off, not intending to offend this big family he shut his mouth and left the house.

Zhao Lang said before leaving "Don't tell Tianchen about all this, he is going to appear for the College Entrance exam soon, and this might have a negative impact on him."

Gu Tianchen on the other hand was not affected by any means, he was playing games on the latest console he bought yesterday.

(The one he bought with stolen money but no one except his second sister knows. So he doesn't give a high F)

Lei Feng was already preparing for his Exams, while Neo(System) was devising new schemes to make the Gu Family suffer. Although he, the almighty system could make the Gu Family vanish overnight, he didn't want the fun to end and most importantly he didn't want to spend Destiny points on them.

Lei Feng woke up from the doorbell, got up, and walked out while rubbing his eyes he saw Uncle Zhang standing there with another middle-aged man.

Realizing it might be the customer he was waiting for, he speeds up to the gate and sees a middle-aged man checking the condition of the sand.

Uncle Zhang whispered to Lei Feng "He came to me to buy the sand and gravel so I brought him here."

Lei Feng walked up to the middle-aged man while extending his hand for a shake "Hello sir, I am Lei Feng and all this material belongs to me. Do not worry all the material is in top condition."

A middle-aged man look up and shook his hand "Hello, I am Wang Chen from Premium Logistics we need to urgently acquire some dry sand and gravel to level the land in our warehouses. I was wondering if you would be willing to part with it?"

Lei Feng excitedly replied "Of Course. Mr. Wang, please tell me your expected buying price."

Mr. Wang replied "For all this 100,000 CNY. What do you think"

Lei Feng was disappointed with this and said "One price, 270,000 CNY no counteroffer. Take it or Leave"

Mr. Wang looked conflicted, so Lei Feng added "I will give you a bill of 280,000 CNY and you can keep the difference"

This made Mr. Wang excited, 10,000 was a really big sum even for him. He made some calls and soon the money was transferred to Lei Feng's account.

Lei Feng called some labor from the nearby area and loaded all the material in trucks, spending another 1500 on it. But it was all worth it. He gave Uncle Zhang another 1,000 RMB and sent him off. After all, he was a big contributor to this deal.

After seeing the amount of money he had, he was excited. Then he started thinking about how to double this amount.

At noon he went to Xu's Family's house to thank them for the help. He also brought some fruits on the way. While he was shopping he thought of another great opportunity linked to this heavy rainfall. 

Excited, he increased his pace and went to Xu Family. 

He was welcomed warmly and after some pleasantries, he stated his purpose "Uncle Xu and Brother Hong I have this opportunity to make money and I want you to get along so we can all prosper."

Uncle Xu was a little doubtful but after learning he made a huge sum of money by trading sand and gravel he happily joined them. So they took two lorries (one of their own and one rented) towards the farmers market.

Upon reaching, they scouted the whole market but ended up knowing the stock in the market was not enough. Also what was available was not fresh enough to store in a lorry overnight.

After realizing his mistake Lei Feng went to road walk and kept walking aimlessly.

He suddenly thought of his golden finger but also knowing that Neo wouldn't help him for free made him hesitate but he ended up asking anyway.

"System Dad, can you think of a solution?"

Seeing the little time he had, Lei Feng ran to the nearby shop bought 10 bows of Noodles, and rushed towards the designated area. Arriving there he saw a few laborers standing in the corner probably planning on what to eat for lunch. He moved towards them and sent the noodles in one go. 

They thanked him repeatedly. While he was returning to meet up with his Uncle and Brother Hong, he heard,

Lei Feng was expecting something but nothing happened. After waiting for a few minutes, he was annoyed that nothing happened, he checked his pockets but there was nothing. 

He started walking distracted by thoughts when he stumbled upon something and looked back it was a brown bag.

He picked it up and upon opening it, he saw bright red bills in it. From the looks of it, there were at least 30,000 Yuan in there. Realizing that it was money someone dropped here by mistake, he went towards the less crowded area and started to wait.
