Before Shirahoshi could finish, Uchiha Kitaro shot up into the air.

The Empress chuckled and reassured her, "Relax. For your brother Kitaro, this is nothing."

As Kitaro approached the bubble layer, Jinbe watched anxiously and said, "But Kitaro-sama is a Tremor-Tremor Fruit user! He can't swim in seawater, and he'll lose his fruit powers!"

Itachi, unfazed, replied calmly, "If he can't use the Devil Fruit's power, he simply won't need it."

Kitaro placed his hand on the massive Noah's Ark.

Whoosh!

In an instant, the enormous ship disappeared.

"What?! What just happened?!"

Everyone who saw this was dumbfounded.

The massive Noah—almost half the size of Fish-Man Island—had just vanished with a simple gesture from Kitaro.

Jinbe was quick to piece it together. If he guessed right, it was probably Kitaro's teleportation technique. But even so, to move something as gigantic as Noah? It was almost unimaginable.

Vander Decken, perched on what was left of his ship, was utterly stupefied.

Kitaro didn't give him a chance to recover.

Forming a hand seal, he declared, "Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu!"

Three enormous water dragons rose from the sea, their colossal forms swirling with menacing force.

"Roaaaar!"

The water dragons attacked Vander Decken's ship from three directions.

"No! No! Nooooo!"

Boom!

In seconds, the ship was shredded into splinters by the ferocious water dragons.

Witnessing this, the captured Fish-Man pirates fell into despair. They realized that whatever they had been fighting against was far beyond anything they could comprehend. Was this guy even human? He seemed more like a god.

With a flash, Kitaro reappeared beside the Empress.

Thanks to his Flying Raijin (Flying Thunder God) technique, he had left a teleportation mark on everyone from the Uchiha Security Company, including the Empress, Shisui, and Itachi.

A short while later, everyone returned to Ryugu Castle, and the banquet resumed.

Neptune, looking deeply apologetic, addressed Kitaro. "Kitaro-sama, I am truly ashamed. This is your first visit to our humble island, and yet I've allowed you to witness such chaos."

"It's my failure to manage things properly that allowed Fish-Man District to become a haven for criminals. I had no idea so many pirates had gathered there.

"If not for you, Fish-Man Island might have been destroyed today."

The three princes of Ryugu Kingdom—Fukaboshi, Ryuboshi, and Manboshi—bowed deeply. "Thank you, Lord Kitaro!"

Shirahoshi also joined them. "Thank you, big brother Kitaro-sama!"

Kitaro smiled modestly. "I already told you—this was my responsibility. At Uchiha Security Company, we stand by our word. If Fish-Man Island were destroyed under our watch, it'd be our reputation on the line."

Neptune seemed to have made up his mind. After dismissing the servants, he looked at Kitaro with a serious expression.

"Kitaro-sama, if I may ask, please take Shirahoshi with you when you leave."

"Father!" Shirahoshi gasped, visibly shaken.

Neptune explained gently, "Shirahoshi, you've been locked away in the Hard-Shell Tower for so long. You've carried a heavy burden despite being so young. You've always yearned for sunlight, flowers, forests, and fluffy animals—things the sea cannot provide."

"It's time for you to see the beautiful world out there. To meet the humans your mother once spoke of. Most of the humans who come here are pirates, but there's so much more to the world beyond."

"There's another reason why I want you to leave. You are the legendary ancient weapon: Poseidon, the Sea True King.""

"Ancient weapon? Poseidon, the Sea King?" Shirahoshi was utterly confused."

Jinbe, however, looked alarmed. As a seasoned pirate and former Warlord of the Sea, he understood the weight of these words.

The three princes remained composed, as they had learned this secret from their late mother long ago and had kept it well-guarded.

Neptune continued, "According to royal tradition, every few centuries, a mermaid is born with the ability to communicate with the Sea Kings. That person is you, Shirahoshi. Do you remember the Sea Kings that appeared when you were a child? You summoned them."

"I summoned them?!" Shirahoshi exclaimed, stunned.

The Empress's face turned grim. Her island, Amazon Lily, lay within the Calm Belt—the Sea Kings' breeding ground. She knew better than anyone how terrifying these creatures were.

If this mermaid girl could summon Sea Kings, her power was indeed formidable, capable of overturning the world order.

Neptune continued, "The legend says that one day, someone will come to guide Poseidon's power. When that time comes, the world will undergo a great upheaval.

"I believe that person is you, Kitaro-sama."

Kitaro chuckled wryly. "While I appreciate your faith in me, I'm afraid I'm not that person."

He knew who that destined individual was—Monkey D. Luffy, the main character of the One Piece saga.

Jinbe interjected, "But you could be the one, Kitaro-sama!"

Jinbe had been observing Kitaro for the past year and was convinced he had the potential to change the world.

Unlike traditional conquerors, the Uchiha Security Company ruled their territories with a surprising level of autonomy and fairness, keeping the rulers in check while respecting their governance.

Under their management, the lands they protected had visibly flourished.
