A colossal figure, and those eight heads—needless to say, this had to be Orochimaru.

Originally, Uchiha Nagi had thought Orochimaru would summon Manda to fight, or use some other signature ability, like summoning the Edo Tensei to battle. He hadn't expected him to use this technique.

Eight Branches Technique—

Transforming oneself into a giant serpent with eight heads. Slicing off any single head was useless; it was an alternative form of immortality. Only by severing all eight heads simultaneously could he be defeated.

And "defeated" was merely that, because Orochimaru had too many trump cards for immortality. You could never predict: he might die one second, and the next, he'd find a way to revive.

In mythology, each of the eight heads possessed a different ability. Clearly, the technique Orochimaru had developed was also immensely powerful.

Continuing to fight using Breathing Styles or Destructive Death techniques was pointless now, because if one head was cut off, another would grow back in the next second.

Uchiha Nagi couldn't help but feel a mix of envy and jealousy. This Orochimaru fellow had far too many trump cards. And this wasn't even him going all out. If he were to fight at full power, Orochimaru summoning Manda would count as one Kage-level threat. Then, summoning the Edo Tensei First and Second Hokage, plus the Third Kazekage—that would be a total of four Kage-level individuals, plus himself making five.

Five Kage-level opponents—four individuals and Manda—attacking together... even if the Edo Tensei couldn't exert their full strength, it would still be an overwhelming situation for Nagi.

"Well then, let's follow the timeline. Let your nemesis, the Totsuka Sword, deal with you."

Uchiha Nagi silently closed his eyes. The next second, he opened his Mangekyo, and chakra erupted around him, forming the skeletal frame of a giant.

The few Kirigakure Anbu nearby, seeing this, silently retreated the way they came. Are you kidding? These two are starting to play with giant mechs! Is our little squad supposed to go up there and offer ourselves as sacrifices?

The skeletal giant, with another infusion of Uchiha Nagi's chakra, grew flesh and then manifested clothing, becoming a Susanoo giant with a human-like appearance.

Then, with a wave of the giant's hand, a spirit longsword materialized.

"Oh, the Totsuka Sword? A weapon of the Uchiha clan. How surprising," Orochimaru, with his vast knowledge, recognized the origin of the spirit longsword at a glance.

"Orochimaru, let's begin the third round," Uchiha Nagi said with a faint smile.

Subsequently, the Susanoo giant crouched slightly. A massive roar thundered from the ground, as if two huge explosions had occurred. With a powerful push from its legs, it vanished from its spot and leaped towards Orochimaru.

One of the eight serpent heads opened its mouth, revealing Orochimaru's upper body within. He was naturally wary of the Totsuka Sword, but this wouldn't be enough to stop him.

Of the eight great serpent heads, one spewed poisonous smoke, another unleashed Wind Style ninjutsu, and a third spat out Fire Style. The three different ninjutsu combined and rushed towards Uchiha Nagi's Susanoo giant.

"Water Breathing, Sixth Form: Twisting Whirlpool~" Uchiha Nagi took a deep breath and attempted something he hadn't tried before.

He was controlling the Susanoo to use Breathing Style sword techniques. Breathing Styles enhanced the body through respiration, but since he was inside the Susanoo, it naturally only augmented his own body. However, the swordsmanship itself remained unchanged.

Twisting Whirlpool involved forcefully twisting the upper and lower body, unleashing a continuous torrent of slashes with the momentum, creating a vortex that became sharp water blades, capable of shredding everything in the vicinity.

When applied by the Susanoo, it became a giant performing a twisting vortex, continuously brandishing its sword. It used the principle of yielding to guide Orochimaru's ninjutsu into a whirlpool, finally coordinating with a sword strike that landed on Orochimaru's eight large heads.

"A pity, only sliced five," Uchiha Nagi lamented.

Orochimaru, having had five of his giant snake heads severed, returned to normal in a short while. He then used another snake head to spew out some dark, viscous liquid.

The black liquid, splattering across the entire area, emitted a foul stench. It clearly wasn't anything good.

Uchiha Nagi quickly used a Breathing Style. The Susanoo swung its sword, blocking most of it, but a few drops landed on the Susanoo, causing a corrosive effect like sulfuric acid.

"Water Breathing, Tenth Form: Constant Flux~" Uchiha Nagi didn't want to drag this out any longer. Although he currently had a lot of chakra, several "cards" worth, if he continued fighting Orochimaru like this, and the stronger Kirigakure shinobi arrived, how would he escape? He had to reserve some chakra for fleeing.

He directly unleashed his strongest technique, the Tenth Form: Constant Flux, severing seven of Orochimaru's heads. Then, he fiercely stabbed the final head with the Totsuka Sword, the blade piercing Orochimaru who was within the giant serpent's mouth.

"Remarkable. I didn't expect you to be able to fight me to this extent. You now possess the strength to speak with me as an equal." Orochimaru, despite being impaled, was incredibly calm, still smiling, as if he weren't the one dying.

And indeed, that was the case. The next second, the impaled Orochimaru turned into an Earth Clone. From the giant snake head that Uchiha Nagi had severed, a black shadow suddenly flew out, rushing straight towards Uchiha Nagi, who was positioned in the center of the Susanoo's body.

Unlike others, Uchiha Nagi positioned himself in the middle of the Susanoo's torso when he activated it, not in its head.

Orochimaru used a technique Uchiha Nagi didn't recognize, coordinating with the Kusanagi Sword to slice open the Susanoo, then used his long tongue to grab Nagi and drag him out.

His husky, magnetic voice was filled with fanaticism. "Uchiha Nagi, your eyes are mine!"

Only then did Uchiha Nagi realize his Susanoo couldn't move. Looking closely with his Mangekyo vision, he saw that the Orochimaru he had impaled wasn't just an Earth Clone; Orochimaru had also placed numerous curse marks on it. Dense sealing formulas were crawling up the Totsuka Sword and onto the Susanoo.

[Shinobi are truly a bunch of cunning old schemers!]

Uchiha Nagi cursed inwardly. Of course, this kind of seal was nothing; he could just jump out of the Susanoo. The crucial point was that Orochimaru's main body was currently pouncing over with fervent intent to gouge out his eyes.

Uchiha Nagi's body was being dragged towards Orochimaru.

"Hmph, Orochimaru, you're courting death—!"

Just as Orochimaru's hands reached for his face, Uchiha Nagi's white left hand struck out first with a punch.

Crack! Crackle—

The immense force of the punch shattered Orochimaru's detestable hand, and along with it, his entire arm suffered a comminuted fracture. Finally, the fist heavily struck his head. His Soft Physique Modification technique was utterly useless.

Monstrous Strength Fist...

However fast Orochimaru had come, he was sent flying back just as quickly.

Then, with a deafening roar, Orochimaru crashed into the ground, creating a large crater. A Monstrous Strength Fist capable of shattering the earth, when landed on a human body, would likely turn it into a pile of mush. It was only because his snake-like skin was particularly tough; if it were anyone else, they would probably have been reduced to a spray of minced flesh in the air.

As a cloud of smoke dissipated, Orochimaru's Eight Branches Technique was dispelled, and Uchiha Nagi's Susanoo also deactivated.

"Come out, Orochimaru. I know you can't die. I want to make a deal with you."
