My twin sister was taken in as a miko, and I was thrown away, but maybe I am the miko.

chapter 28 - Ms. Records

 ”Records about Miko”

 Recorded by: Randon Stoffer

This is a record of Lelunda (*1), who is presumed to be a divine child.

*1 There is some resistance to calling a girl who is a miko any other name, but she is referred to by any other name at her request.

First, what kind of being is a miko? I will summarize about that.

 miko

 ・Being loved by God.

・The land you live in will prosper.

・You can give blessings and create “knights”.

 ・Have special powers.

That’s about all I know. There is really little information about Miko. The most recent record of a miko appearing was a hundred years ago. Miko occasionally appear in this world.

I have been doing research on Miko, but the only information about Miko that remains is in literature.

Next, I will summarize information about Lelunda, who is thought to be a divine child.

 Lelunda

 ·Seven-year-old

 ・Hair and eyes, brown

 ・Height around 120cm

 ・Silent

 ・Behave like a small animal

 - Apparently he has an aptitude for recovery magic.

 - Has signed contracts with Griffon and Skyhorse.

According to records in the literature, the country that the miko harbored hatred for had a tragic end. Because of this, it was said that if you displeased the miko, you would be in big trouble. However, as of now, no disasters like those described in the literature have occurred in the Fairytrov Kingdom.

It is true that changes are occurring little by little in the Fairytrov Kingdom, but whether or not these are the same as the disasters described in the literature is a different matter.

The reason why no disasters have occurred in the Fairytrov Kingdom is thought to be due to Lelunda’s personality. Despite the fact that Lelunda was shunned and abandoned, she didn’t seem to have any hatred towards the Kingdom of Fairytrov.

In short, whether a disaster occurs or not depends on the miko’s feelings. Lelunda has no negative feelings towards the Fairytrov Kingdom. She was able to hear some of what her past life was like in Lelunda, but all she can say is that it was a difficult life for her young child. However, after listening to the old story again, I thought that Lelunda was a divine child.

This is because if they are not fed, they will starve to death. There’s no way I’ll ever find something convenient to eat. It is impossible for someone who is about to be assaulted and not to be assaulted due to a combination of coincidences.

To begin with, the village where Relunda was born and raised was suffering from insect damage when I visited. Harvesting food was not going well, and he had a gloomy look on his face. She says that at least she didn’t do that while Lelunda stayed in the village. Lelunda was shunned in the village, so if she had been in a situation where there was nothing to eat in the village, she would have been the first to be turned away. Perhaps she was prevented from getting into such a situation because Lelunda was a miko.

Alice-sama――No, because of Alice’s beautiful appearance, it seems that she was given many things as a tribute in that village, which was prosperous for a remote village. This was also known from the testimony of the villagers, Alice, and Lelinda.

However, the reason they were in such a situation in the first place was probably because a miko named Lelunda existed in that village. And the reason why the Fairytrov Kingdom had such a rich harvest was probably to keep Lelunda from starving. I guess it’s because we don’t know what kind of impact it will have on Lelunda, who lives in a remote village, if the country has a poor harvest.

It is said that the influence of a miko varies depending on the god who loves the miko. Currently, it is not clear which god Lelunda is favored by. However, when I look around Lelunda, I can see something.

For example, Griffon and Skyhorse, both of whom Lelunda has a contract with. What these two types of monsters have in common is that they can fly. I think he may be a god related to the sky and flight. Or maybe he’s a god who has a deep connection with griffons and skyhorses, regardless of that commonality. I don’t know the current situation.
