Metal Lord: Murder Drones

There was a bit of an awkward silence between us three. I mean I know why N is silent but why is Uzi being silent? Is it because of how I look or what? Or at least that's what I thought it was till Uzi chuckles a little to herself but still pointing her still charging railgun towards me. "Metal? Seriously that's what you're going with"? she says mockingly. This comment causes the digital eyes on my visor to twitch a bit. Listen I get it, she wouldn't know anything about the reference of my name. However I can't help but feel a bit agitated, especially since the source of the mocking is from her. "Says the drone that's named after a gun, Uzi" I said with an annoyed voice, or at least as annoyed as an emotionless voice can sound like. Uzi narrows her eyes and simply says "Bite me". That's when we both remember our third guest. "Hey now let's all calm down now, I like both of your names. Metal is simple but it attracts attention. And Uzi is also a good name, it's short but cool" N says as he tries to defuse the situation before a fight could break out despite not being able to see us. Seriously how can such a sweet guy like this, can still be the same guy that is basically responsible for wiping out nearly one-third of the population of Worker Drones. With that thought out of the way I turned to and speak "Let's speak later, right now let's head over to that pod. I think we should get ourselves more acquainted with our squad right"? I said while winking at Uzi. Uzi immediately remembers the damage to her hand and nods "Y-Yeah, we better get to know our fellow Disassembly Drone" She says somewhat sarcastically but still on edge.

As we get into the pod sometime later Uzi sticks her hand in N's mouth to neutralize the nanites. "Sweet! Uh, I'm open to new things, I guess" N says a little bit awkwardly as he doesn't know how to react to his current situation. "We are never talking about this" Uzi says with disgust. "Talking about what? Consider it, uh... Repressed!" N says trying to act cool. Uzi then turns to me "Now that I think of it how did you know what my name was. I never mentioned my name at all" she says as she narrows her eyes at me. "Simple, I followed you" I said to her not saying too much information to give away Uzi's identity to N. "You. . . followed me" she asks wearily, which is understandable. She doesn't know what I am and she probably understood I followed her from her bunker. She most likely would run back to the bunker now if it wasn't for the situation she's in. This is the exact reason why I revealed myself now. She doesn't want to risk revealing that she's a worker drone to N, she also wants information form N, also it helps the fact that I hadn't shown any signs of aggression towards her. This will most likely make her see me more as a potential ally than an enemy. "Yeah I followed. So N didn't you mentioned that there were others with you when you arrived. Mind telling us who will we be working with some time in the future" I said trying to get the ball rolling.

"Oh, yeah. Two others. They're out hunting for a bit but you'll love them. First, there's V" N says as he begins a little flashback.

3rd Person

"No, No! Please don't feed me my own entrails in front of my family!" A worker drone named Grant pleaded to the vicious V. But unfortunate for the drone V only does what he wished for her not to do. As she laughs manically. "...And yet, I still feel nothing" she says to herself as she smiles to herself. "So, V, uh, I heard this planet-wide toxic death storm is supposed to be especially inhospitable tonight-" N starts but gets interrupted by V "Oh God, who are you?!" she says as she flies away.

1st Person

"So obviously, a lot of mutual respect there. But secretly, I actually kind of have a crush on her... You can't tell her, okay?!" N says with embarrassment. Uzi motions a zipping action while I chuckle a bit. "Then there's J, our leader" N says as we enter another flashback.

3rd Person

We are given a scene where N is pinned against the ground by J's foot. "N, you're worthless, and terrible" J says as N replies weakly "Thank you". As J continues "and if the company allowed it, I would straight up kill you myself!" She says.

1st Person

"J's awesome. Hey, let me give you the tour! Outside are the corpse... wall... thingies. In here are the buttons!" N starts playing with random buttons on the board. "She sounds more like a bitch to me" I muttered to myself. but it seems Uzi heard me and while slightly amused she realizes something about the said pod. "This... isn't just a landing pod... This is a spaceship! This could get us off the planet!" Uzi exclaimed. "More of a one-use missile. They never taught us how to land" N says to Uzi. "No, I, uh, uh, the worker drones, we could work with them to fix this! Instead of all the murder! ...Which, uh, why are we doing that again...?" Uzi asked N still trying not to give away her true identity. "Other than ingesting their WARM, SWEET oil to avoid overheating and dying? I guess I just want to be useful. I was given a job and I always want to try my best" N says. "And look at all the respect it's gotten you, N. You really think the company isn't going to dispose of you once all the workers are dead?" Uzi questions N. N obviously uncomfortable with the question replies "Oh my, you sure are rebellious! It's kind of exciting. But, not as fun as, uh, following the rules..." he says while trying to play it cool. He says and as the conversation ended they hear footsteps above his head. Well looks like it's time to bail out now. He says as N and Uzi are distracted he quickly runs out and hide nearby the bunker. Thanks to my speed I'm here before Uzi and N. While I would go with Uzi and save some of the WDF however for Uzi's and N's development he has to let things play out, up till Uzi removes the virus from N's body where they build trust with each other. And sadly after some thoughts, I have to let Uzi kill J. For things to play out right, J needs to die so the Solver can take control and turn into an eldritch monster. This way Uzi has a reason to go back to the colony after banishing herself. 

As I wait for the inevitable to happen I see Uzi running towards the doors, but not too far behind N is flying at great speeds behind Uzi. Uzi tries to close the door before any of the disassembly drones could get in. However fortune wasn't on her side as N pries his bladed hands in between the doors before it could shut as he holds it open. "Hey, fellas. Oh, deal me in, I love rummy. Wait, no, I'm going to murder everyone... Rain check!" N says as he then stuck his acidic tail at the door scanner, breaking it and the key. The door opens up, as do other doors. Realizing their lives are on the line, Uzi and the other drones, minus Todd, run off. "Um, actually, it's gin rummy. So-" Todd tries to explain the name of the game before N impales him against a wall and slices his head off. He begins firing at the rest, shooting Makarov's head off and pouncing the other drone. Meanwhile, Braxton catches up with Uzi. "Hey, Uzi! I just realized no one's said my name out loud before, so I'm just letting you know I'm-" Before he could tell Uzi his name N slices him in half. At this point in time they were too far into the bunker for me to make out what is happening but I knew already what's going on. Especially since now J and V has entered the bunker. After a minute of them entering the colony I decided to follow them in. As I go further in I can see N talking to V and J "Whoa, N! Am I dreaming, or did you do something not useless, for once?" J says to N. Followed by V "I've been trying to get past those doors for months. Nice work, N" N seems surprised by V's compliment " ...You... Me... Name... Remember...?" N fumbles over his words. "These ventilation shafts can easily get us around this last door. Lowest body count eats a missile!" V says as she flies upwards. "Way to go, stud. The company's gonna love this. With this colony wiped, we'll make top team this quarter, for sure. You know what that means... Branded pens!" J says to N as she holds up a JCJenson brand pen, to N's joy. She tosses it to him and prepares to fly off and catch up with V. " ...Uh, you know, not that I can't wait to keep murdering all these, uh, maybe not-so-actually different from us Worker Drones, but, just out of curiosity, do we actually, uh, know what the company plans to do with us afterwards...?" As N starts questioning things off to the side Uzi starts to regain consciousness. "Excuse me...?" J says to N. "Okay, so, a worker earlier might have suggested that they could fix up our landing pod to, uh, escape the planet and stuff, which, whoa, hey, that's against the rules! But, it is kind of making me question why our pods were only one way in the first place. Cause, you know, I get the feeling the company doesn't actually love robots, and like we might be robots. I've made a terrible mistake. It's cool how immediately I could tell" N starts questioning but slowly realizes that he might of shot himself in the foot with these questions. " Hmm... No way, buddy. Questioning the company? You just finally gave me the excuse I needed" J says as she injected a virus into N's chest as J continues "Worker drones are corrupted, N. That's why the company sent us. I hate to see you corrupted as well" J says to N as she gets ready to follow V. "Thanks, J... Always looking out for me... You're awesome..." J just scoffs as she flies after V. Afterwards Uzi comes out of her hiding and grabs her railgun. "Ah, biscuits. I'm sorry. I ruined your card game, then made you have an awkward moment with your dad" N says while glitching. "And I made you rebel like an angsty teen, which got you killed. Though, you also tried to kill me, so morality calls this a draw" Uzi says as she climbs on top of a box to reach the vent. Predictably, she can't reach due to not having the ability to fly, and for being too short. "Ugh... For the record, that was the lamest heel-face turn in history. Was that supposed to be you switching sides?" Uzi said to N as she contemplates. "Being rebellious is a lot harder than it looks. Thanks for showing me the ropes" N says weakly. "Nuh-uh, no bonding thing. You just killed a bunch of people, idiot" She says in a very annoyed voice. "That's super fair... I screwed up..." N says as he accepts his fate. "Ugggh...! In the same way you're about to fix it?" Uzi says as she pulls out her wrench. "Hahaha! I love doing anything!" N says as has visor blares the word 'literally dying'. I decided now is a good time to reveal myself. "I hope you don't mind me tagging along for this battle" I said in my deep and emotionless voice. Uzi a bit caught off guard jumped a bit as she nearly drops the wrench before she caught it. "And where the hell were you at when all this chaos happened" Uzi says aggravated as she points her wrench at me. "Oh I was heading on my way home where I was activated, that was until I heard a ruckus over here so I came to investigate to commotion" I said with a fluid lie. Uzi narrows her eyes at me but remembers she got a dying murder drone she needs to save and quickly gets to work to remove the virus. After the virus was removed from N he quickly gets back up as he looks at me. "Hey umm . . . so you were that other drone that was with me and Uzi at the pod" He says with an awkward laugh "I gotta say you're a very unique drone, I don't any drones that are made in your design" he says optimistically. "Most likely I'm a prototype N, as I said before I was only activated maybe a few hours ago" I said to N "As much as I would like to have a conversation with you N we got a few disassembly drones to fight off" I said.

3rd Person

Thad gets flung backwards. Lizzy and Doll rush to help him as J arrives. "So... They found our evacuation spot. But, if we build a quick door..." Khan cowardly responds before being disrupted by Thad. "Are you kidding me?! You're the WDF, right? Defend!" Thad yelled out in frustration. But Khan and the rest backs away in fear as Thad let out an exasperated "For real?" he said. V started laughing as she swoops down and grabs Thad, stabbing her wing into him and throwing him to the ground as Uzi, Metal, N arrive. "Hey!" Uzi yells out while pointing her railgun at V. "Put that conventionally attractive male down" Uzi says as Metal rolls his eyes, while N ways awkwardly till Uzi elbows N. "Oof! Oh, uh, J? You're sometimes kind of mean to me, and I wish you weren't. Just some constructive criticism" N says as Uzi tells him "nice". Say what you will about Uzi but if there's one thing about her personality that Metal likes, it's that she's a supportive friend. "Noted, traitor. We'll circle back after I rightsize your existence" J says before she turns her visor towards Metal. "And who are you? You look like you belong to a rock band. I didn't kill your band did I and this is you getting your revenge on me is it?" She says being obviously sarcastic. "The name is Metal" Metal replied in his deep and monotone voice. J laughs mockingly "See even your name scream rock band. Well come on rockstar, lets see what you got" she says not taking him seriously. While Metals voice doesn't seem to convey anger however his clenching fist speaks otherwise as he says "You two handle V, the pigtail bitch is mine" he says. While N was hesitant to fight V, Uzi however doesn't hold the same sentiment. As before she goes after V she throws throws a pen at J, stabbing her in one of her eyes as N gives V thumbs up. Using the advantage Uzi gave Metal, he quickly appears in front of her and punch her a crossed the room as J pick herself up as she pulls the pen out of one of her eyes. "Damn the well-made, quality-assured durability of JC Jensen products! Huh?" J keeps rambling as Metal taking a page from Uzi slams his fist down onto the pen a it plunges back into her eyes. As that happened Uzi and N teamed up against V. V and N clash blades with each other till V pins N against the wall. That was until Uzi kicked the side of V's head as she stumbles to the side as N aims what appears to be a laser gun. That was until he fires at her but only fires hearts "Ah! My mind's in a weird place! Don't read into this!" N says panickily. Uzi gets ready to shoot V with her railgun but V hearing the the gun charging up quickly uses her wing to knock the gun out of Uzi's hand as V then pins Uzi next to N on the wall as both hands held both Uzi and N in place. V shaped the hand that held Uzi into claws as she plans on finishing her. N seeing this panics "Uzi! I'm so, so sorry. Have fun repressing this! Mleh..." N apologizes to V before licking the hand that was holding N. "Eww! What the hell?" V says before letting go of N as that turned out to be a mistake for her as N uses his sudden freedom to fly above V and slam his foot on top of her head as they claim their victory. Back to metal, while he's fast and strong J still has advantage in aerial dynamics and arsenal. Metal growing more frustrated as he tries to grab her but she keeps flying aways from him as she fires bullets and laser at him. Bullets, he's alright with as they mostly bounce off him. However her lasers are more troublesome as his body doesn't repair as fast as he would if the bullets were to damage him. He's trying to think how to grab her, if only he could fly. As his desires grow stronger and stronger with his own rage. Suddenly his screen seemingly is running some kind of software before liquid metal spreads out on his back till they resemble wings like the disassembly drones. Only his were of his color scheme while also the blades look longer and sharper. At first he got excited but realizes he couldn't control them, the best way to describe what it feels like, it's like trying to move your arm that has lost blood circulation. As this happened J dives in and drop kicked metal. Fortunately he was able to block the attack with his wings but the force of the kick still caused him to slide a crossed the room. J goes for another dive as Metal focuses all his might to his wings. Just as J was about to drop kicked him again he was able to finally flap his wings and fly up in the air as J lands on her feet but skidded a cross the floor from the force of her kick. Before she could compose herself metal dives at her by tucking in his wings and spins at her. Right when he is right next to her he spins in the air as he opens his wings and uses the momentum of his spinning to slam into J as it flings her across the floor as she begins to curse out " GAH! FOURTH! QUARTER! PROFITS! MOTHER OF COMPANY LEADERSHIP RETREATS!" as she was about to stand up Uzi pushes her down with her feet as she points her railgun point blank at her face. "One more buzzword and I'll do it!" Uzi warned J, against her better judgment J continues " ...Equity partnersh-" and just as she mutters those last words Uzi pulls the trigger as a blinding green light fills the room. As the light dies down J's upper body is blown away leaving now a dead corpse as Uzi spits on her dead body. Afterwards though she falls over tiredly. N picks her up onto his shoulders as Metal decides to stand next to them while wrapping his new wings around his body. "Holy hell, Uzi, that was insane! And you too, uh..." Thad begins but pauses as he doesn't know N's name. "Huh? Oh! N! I'm an angsty rebellious disassembly drone, now" N says optimistically as his visors show off digital shades. They then hear someone clearing their throat. It's Khan. Uzi then throws her wrench back at his feet. "I brought the murder drones here accidentally. You chose to leave me for dead instead of just freaking believing in me! That's not even an edgy teen hyperbole like when I said it last week!" Uzi yells at Khan obviously hurt by his betrayal to her. There was no response. Uzi, near tears, smacks herself to regain composure. " I'll save you the trouble dad. I banish myself!" Uzi says, Khan goes to say something but was interrupted "Let's go, you two. Everyone here can bite me!" Uzi says to Metal and N, as N drags V with them. "Nice to meet you, Mr. Uzi!" N says to Khan while Uzi smacks the back of N's head as she's carried upon his shoulders as she says " Shut it". N takes off with Uzi, Metal, and V. Khan has a sip from his mug in disappointment."#1 DAD" Nothing could be further from the truth...

1st Person

Out in the frozen wilderness, Uzi sitting on top of a broken car, thinking to herself. Meanwhile, N and I are lodged inside the Corpse House. "I'd join you if the sun didn't kill me. Hope you're having important character growth or something, though!" N says while I simply gave him a pat on the back. "Just can't wait to murder all humans. Classic robot stuff. I hope they're sitting pretty there on Earth, because we're coming for them...!" Uzi laughs maniacally. I couldn't help but sighed to myself. Humanity, at least on earth, are instinct. But I couldn't help myself but understand a drones anger towards humanity even though I was human myself. While I can't say for sure how humanity would react on my earth to sentient robots. However humanity in Murder Drones , for the most part, are dog shit to the drones. So while I might not agree to wiping out humanity, if there is still humanity left alive. I can at least understand it, Hell I might even participate in killing them off if I come a cross one. Because as I said humans in Murder Drones are far less sympathetic than the humans on my earth. With that thought out of the way I look to the sky as it is painted in beautiful colors by the sun. I gotta learn how to control my body as soon as possible if I wish to survive the final battle. Cyn, you may not be here now. But I vow you will die as you are meant to by the end of this story and this time I will make sure I will save more people from you.
